Kaylee was amazing! I recently had to deal with fraudulent charges on both my checking & savings account. Drive through has been horrible for the last few months. Long waits, cars arriving after you and leaving while you sit. Today they gave me my money and never asked if I needed anything else. Just poor customer service. Been banking here for years, hope things change. Quit disappointing!
