We have been banking with VISIONBank since they opened. Exceptional customer service and by far the best bank around! We moved to Minneapolis a few years ago and still bank with VISION - we love the mobile banking they offer, so convenient and easy! We worked with Natalie for our home loan too and she was so great to work with! Highly recommend VISIONBank. We love the dogs, Scout and Piper, are awesome!

As a customer of Vision Bank, both professionally and personally, I have had excellent customer service over the past decade. That incredible service level has an even deeper meaning during times of crisis. When our community was face to face with the COVID-19 crisis, Vision Bank was there with continual updates on how they could help. I never lost confidence in Vision Bank being able to help. Even when many businesses (including the bank itself) had to close the doors to the public, there was an open line of clear communication, which is invaluable during a crisis. VISIONBank came through for us! The Red River Children's Advocacy Center, like so many of our fellow non-profits and small businesses, applied for the Paycheck Protection Program!
