I’ve had Bell as my bank both personally and professionally for a long time, and have never had any issues - Great bank. Very pleasant workers. Clean. They have a cookie case with coffee and a water dispenser. A tv and magazines for entertainment. Chairs are a little uncomfortable. They also have a good supply of suckers for the kiddos.

Bell Bank gets 5 stars as a company! However, this specific location really struggles. I have had several different banking transactions go very wrong here. I get it though, human error must be accounted for always; but when it comes to my money, I don’t feel it’s “okay” for errors to be made consistently. My recommendation is: go to a different bell bank location if you want you’re money & accounts to be handled correctly the first time!!

We have been banked with Bell bank for many years. All employees at all locations especially the one on south university are super nice and helpful. Also Bell bank saves you a lot of fees. Best customer service and best bank ever!!
