There are so many refinance options to pick from. Consider Top Flite as your last choice. We have been trying to refinance our home with Top Flite for 4 months. It has been nothing but a run around. They make you believe you will lock the loan and close shortly after every week. They have given us a 98% percent chance, down to a 91% chance last Friday that our loan will close. There are big at telling you, "everything looks good" but you need to pay down a credit card or 2. We did this, only to be told that it wasn't good enough. We have paid for an appraisal, made the mostly cosmetic repairs they said we needed to do. In a nutshell, this process has been a waste of time and money. If I could give them 0 stars, I would have. I reported them to the BBB, hoping that others do not experience the nightmare that is Top Flite. We are dealing with the cranberry township office. I will forward my review to them.

Ryan and his team were nothing but nice and professional to my fiancé and I through our home buying process. They made things easy and were very transparent throughout the entire process. Ryan was available night and day for any questions or concerns we had. It was a pleasure to have worked with them through this whole thing.

We have been trying to do a VA refinance through top flight financial and it has been 4 months. If I wasn’t able to help my father with every bit of paper work, there would be no way to get it done. At the age of 73 he might have had a heart attack in the process. This company is not upfront about the information needed and please be prepared to dish out up front costs for a lot of undisclosed things they will need. I wouldn’t be shocked if they asked for a blood sample at this point. We have provided them with every single thing they asked but the processing continues as more paper work comes in and more money needs dished out. 4 months and we aren’t even in underwriting. I would never deal with this company ever again. They are of no help along the way. You must do every thing on your own. God help those who don’t have someone with computer skills and an paper trail for every single dollar in your name. I’m so exhausted and disappointed in what a 73 year old veteran must do for a VA loan!

Ryan is the best! He was able to secure a mortgage for me that was the lowest rate available. Because of his knowledge and persistence, he was able to have everything completed so quickly that we were able to close on our house in just one week.
