It's a great place they willing to give a few extra bucks compared to others places willing to work with u on any budget. Help u get by between checks and good staff after getting to know them.

Bought a PS4 Pro from here, in very excellent condition, everything working and they threw in 2 games of my choice. Only thing I'd change is wish they had a normal return policy, not having to pay in the chance it's broken in order to return it. It's final sale unless you pay for a "warranty" which is a percentage of the price. Employees were very nice and answered all my questions, not rude!

I had an item at Cashland for a pawn loan, I tried to have my mother pick it up for me, because it was too hard for me take all 4 of my young children there with me. They told my mother that she would need to have my original pawn loan papers in order to pick it up for me, so she left and came back a few days later, with cash in hand and the original papers, they wouldn't release the item to her without my signature on the original papers and the amount to pick up the item went up due to holding fees, even though she had gone up there TWICE to pick it up. On her next day off work, she brought me my papers to sign and then returned to cashland with the original pawn loan papers and my signature giving her permission to pick up my item. The total cash amount went up AGAIN and they refused to give her my item, even though she had EVERYTHING they told her she needed, their excuse was "her signature doesnt match the signature on the papers she signed here" (not sure where they got their training to specialize in comparing handwriting) but they apparently didn't pay attention in the training course, because it was MY signature presented to them. My mother paid my balance and I had to go pick it up myself, they told my mother I'd have to pay $11 when I came to pick it up for a holding fee. I got there to pick it up, then the VERY RUDE employee proceeded to tell me I owe them $16, after telling my mother I would only owe $11. They claimed it was due to another holding fee. I ended up only paying the $11, because no one could argue the reasoning behind another charge and the manager finally said he was done dealing with it and to waive the extra fee. I must say that I appreciate the fee being waived, but in no way did i deserve the attitude I received during the entire process, nor did I deserve to pay the extra fees because they refused to release my item to my mother whenever she had my papers and a valid signature on the paper. I also tried to call and I only got an automated voice stating that i couldn't leave a message, because a voicemail hasn't been set up yet. Then it says "please try your call again later" and hangs up. There is no way to call in here to talk to these people. I'd think they'd at least have some sort of way to call or receive calls from the people they are robbing blind.

Rude to their customers and give their customers attitude not going there again

I purchased a gold necklace here Upon returning a year later getting a loan on it only to find out they had sold me lesser Quality Gold than the stated on my receipt very rude I will never deal with this place again just a warning to all make sure you see the weight of your jewelry most of all what carat make sure( it is) what they tell you that you are buying most people would consider this kind of dealing fraud take a chance find out for yourself

Friendly knowledgeable employees. Every time I've visited this location. The inventory was always good deals for good stuff.

Very nice and polite employees. The manager was very helpful. Got great deals on a few items. Fair prices and great nigotiationing skills. The store was clean and well laid out. Will definitely go there again.

Had a great experience here, the staff here is fantastic they are so helpful. I have bought a few things from them including a smart watch and it worked great. I would recommend them to anyone!

Definitely some low prices and great employees. Very helpfull on finding stuff that I couldn't find for a while. The manager and everyone else was super nice. Will be back often.
