I was searching for a great rate on my car loan and Keri Davis helped me tremendously. Her professionalism and knowledge of what I wanted to do was outstanding. Keri kept in touch with me through emails and phone calls throughout my journey on obtaining the car loan. I am very pleased to be a member of 717cu.

The loan process is so easy and hassle free! They processed my loan on Monday and we had the loan money by Friday. Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with. I love the easy automatic withdraw too! I will always go to 717 Credit Union for all my loan needs!

My wife and I have been working with Maria Graham on a home improvement project for our 2nd home in Ohio. Maria has had to adjust her scheduling and communications to accommodate the time zone difference between OH and AZ and has done a remarkable job doing so. She has not only been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, but she also has been friendly and very personable. Although we’ve never met Maria, we felt that we were working with a friend. Both my wife and I appreciate the work that Maria has done for and look forward to doing it again in the future.

I did not choose this place for a loan for my RV, Camping World did. And it's been hell from day one. They took it upon themselves to claim that I was uninsured for a month and charged me for it from their Insurance company. And now showing a payment late and charging me fees. But they take payments directly from my bank account. Want some advice, don't use them.

Every person a dealt with during the process of purchasing a new home was knowledgeable, efficient and best of all very kind and patient to explain the process and any questions that arose.

717 for Home Mortgage is the way to go! Wendell and the team did it right. They had a great program only needing 15% down with no PMI. Thanks to Sue at the Hubbard branch for helping with wiring the funds for closing. Couldn't be happier ☺️

Tyler Elliot did a great job with info for our refinancing and combing loans for a single payment. Beth Shoff was on the ball in catching our old address that needed to be changed on the new contract. Beth was very efficient and quick to respond on sending out our paperwork to be electronically signed. And getting our money quickly in the bank. I called her enough, I got to know her over the phone. Except for having to fool with paperwork over the I nternet, it was a good experience. Rating scale it was a 5. Thankyou John and Cathy

Leaving a "corporate" bank for 717 Credit Union, some 15 years ago, was the best move I've ever made in terms of banking! 717 is all about personal care!!

I completed a survey online and was contacted by 717 thanking me for the good review. I was asked if there was anything I’d be interested in, I said refinance my car and lower my interest. The process began, an hour later I was signing papers, and saved $200 on my payment. Everyone was so nice, professional, and attentive to making the refinance happen. I would recommend 717, Carrie, and Lauren to everyone.

I recently did a refinance on my vehicle with 717 Credit Union. Laura Hall was exceptional. She went over all my questions and concerns and was very good at explaining the whole loan process. I was able to get a tremendous savings going from 16% interest loan to 10%. She is going to be reviewing my mortgage as well to see if I'm getting the best rate. . Thanks Laura and thanks 717. The Seven seventeen Credit Union Larchmont branch has some amazing people in service. I have been into this branch several times in the last two months and everyone has been instrumental in helping me with my situation. Kashmere is a beautiful person inside and out. She has listened, helped, and guided me in my new transactions. Debbie, also, has been a wonderful help. Any question I had, she got the answer. Whether she knew the answer or had to call for verification, we got it done, All the tellers are polite and helpful willing to give their knowledge to help another. I always tell others where I can do the best business. Thank you to all for your services

If I could give negative stars I would. My auto loan is through this credit union and I have had nothing but problems with them from day 1. 🙃 Their app is NOT user friendly. They charge you to pay with a debit card, you can't pay with a credit card, and the third party they use to verify your Insurance coverage, should it change during the course of your loan, is incompetent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this for anyone getting a car loan.

I used to rave about how amazing this bank was. Not anymore! My account was closed without my knowledge over my savings account being $15 in the negative. I live 7.5 hours away from the closest branch and was advised the only way they could help me is if I drive there or mail in a deposit. They will not allow me to go to a shared banking location 15 mins from my house. Nor restore my app long enough to do a mobile deposit. I’ve never been so amazed by smart*** responses and the lack of effort by a team. Now I’m on the fence of whether to make the account right or walk away and say good riddance! “One of the employees said to me, “It was your choice to open account so far away from you”. Seriously, what an embarrassment to the company.

Every month the online system makes me change the account password despite entering the correct password when I try to log on to pay the loan for our toy hauler. The system calls with a temp password that then fails when entered so I am prompted to call the bank directly. When I call the bank, they tell me that they cannot reset the password but that they can have the system call with another temporary password. This fails again. I call the bank to try and make our loan payment over the phone and set up autopay. They cannot set up autopay using my non-717 account because it is in my name and our loan is in my husband's name. What the heck? Why is it so difficult to pay a freaking bill? If I would have known how non-user friendly the online system was and how incredibly ridiculous this bank's "policy" is on actually paying them, we NEVER would have financed through them. Sadly, we are stuck with bank.

I have to drive to your warren location just to pay off my loan. You can’t do it on the app, or on the phone! That’s completely unacceptable. They either want you to do it in person or mail a check or cashiers check… I had great things to say but as soon as I found out I can’t pay off my loan in the way I have been paying the last few years I retract those positive statements. Good job guys you made something simple complicated and difficult! With my work schedule driving down there is going to require me to call off or leave early, and I don’t trust my money in the mail.

I have nothing good to say about the customer service at this Credit Union. When I tried to explain our situation I was cut off very rudely three times by a representative. This is not the person I usually speak with but she felt the need to jump down my throat and call me everything but a liar. I did report this to her supervisor and I hope she doesn't have a job after today.

We love doing business with the credit union. They are always efficient, helpful and friendly. We don't even think about going anywhere else for our financial matters.

Everything was very pleasant, The loan officer, Laura, was polite, cheerful and helpful. She answered all my questions and also helped the seller with questions of his own about opening an account with 717. I think it was beneficial to everyone involved.

I have been with 717 Credit Union since I was in high school, so that’s a long time! 🙂 I am also an Army Veteran, so I have lived in several states, and just recently moved back from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have kept my account with 717 all these years. The customer service is amazing! They have always helped me with any issues I have had, which in fact, have been very few. I can not give enough praise for this credit union. I am definitely a lifetime member, as is my Mom and now my daughter!

I just want to say a huge Thank You to the entire Larchmont group! An all star team. The credit union started with Lordstown and keeps its workers first attitude. Can't lose here. Great location.

717 Credit Union has been my bank for over 40 years! I love this credit union and the employees have always been helpful and has given me options for what is best for my and my finances. My favorite part of this company is the online bill pay. Always feel safe having them send my funds out compared to me giving my acct info on each bills own site. Also making auto pay set up on your accts makes sure you never miss a payment on your bills. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I will never leave this company.
