I had a great experience! Jesse was thorough, and responded quickly to my calls or text. I've only heard great things about Waterstone. I'm a Store Manager, and several of my employees spoke highly of Jesse as well. I went into it very well informed. Love my new home!

All of the staff I interacted with were extremely personable and friendly, and they worked flexibly with some special circumstances I had as a borrower. The turn-around time to gather paperwork and acquire signatures was also very good and I had quick responses from representatives. But...as far as costs though, I do not think I saved money. However, I received a quick-as-possible pre-approval and closure for my final purchase--quicker than a different bank would have been. I am still putting the 5 stars because the staff were great and I know sometimes this process could have taken a lot longer than ours did.

Jesse and the team were friendly and knowledgeable. They made the mortgage process easy. We communicated throughout the process and they were on time with all of their commitments. I'd definitely work with them again in the future.

I worked with Frank Bedenik. I uploaded all the documents for my loan and after it was uploaded, I was completely ghosted. He even pulled my credits and did not tell me until after I asked about it (I found out he already did it WITHOUT my permission!!!) . He completely stopped replying to me. I called, texted, and even mailed. Nothing. Will never work with him or Waterstone Mortgage again. Terrible customer service.

Even though we experienced some roadblocks going into my closing, this company was professional and helped me out throughout the entire process. Brooke was patient throughout even when I was frustrated about things beyond her control. Very professional and helped in any way they could.

Jesse at Waterstone was amazing. We were working on a loan with another company for 3 months when we finally got fed up. We called Jesse and he got us the loan and we closed on the house in under 3 weeks once he took over. He also saved me about 20 grand at closing compared to the other company. They wanted me to pay a large portion if my wife's student loans off but Jesse got it to where we just paid off her credit card. Saving me a large amount if money. He answered all our questions quickly and intelligently. Dude really knows his stuff. And his assistant was very nice as well. Overall EXTREMELY satisfied with Jesse and Waterstone. We got a great interest rate at 2.25% which is awesome. So if anyone is looking to refinance or buying a new home give Waterstone a call and ask for Jesse and I have no doubt you'll be very happy you did!
