Not worth even 1 star but i have to do it. I put my properties up for sale. 5 all together to make over an acre. Plus my house which is a duplex but looks like a house which they came in a seen it was a duplex mind you. They still listed it at 0.63 and a 3 bedroom 1 bath. It's a 2 bedroom and 1 bath in each apartment. They said they can't list it as something It's not. But you did. You put it as a 3 bedroom 1 bath. They kept saying they would correct it but never did. So I asked them to take it down and get their signs so I can go with another agency. They refused .

We bought a House with a Howard Hanna realtor and it just seemed like she was trying to push houses on us. She told us if we really wanted the house not to get an inspection.. we’ll we didn’t and had problems right away!! Probably our own fault but I didn’t like when I asked questions like it wasn’t important. The house was supposed to have a warranty and it didn’t either.

This is absolutely the worst real estate agency in the area. They do not look out for their clients. The realtors have no backing from the management nor the company. You are depending on someone doing this as a second job or for extra money not as their livelyhood. We had our home for sale with them for a year. We had to put up with excuses after excuses that mostly were made up while we sat and watched other houses listed with other companies selling left and right. There were over exaggerate issues that they disclosed to interested buyers when they are the selling agent. Please do not waste your time with this company. What a waste of time. Please look elsewhere. We listed our house with a large company in Boardman and we had an offer in 4 days, a signed contract on the 11th day and closing was on the 20th day. Please, do yourself a favor and don't go with this agency. UPDATE: I emailed them like the standard negative reply said. They have not replied to my email as of 8/21
