I just recently called this location because I have been banking here since I was 16 years old, I got on the phone to ask a simple question about an issue that I was having, and the customer representative had a very very bad attitude. I know it doesn’t sound like much but he did not sound like or act like he was trying to give me great customer service while doing it with a good attitude. Again I have been banking with Together Credit Union and have been going to this location since I was 16 years old I am now 27 and this past experience was horrible so horrible I am thinking about switching to a different credit union. After talking to the customer representative I had to check Google to see if the reviews left by other people added up to my experience, and what do you know it does . This location needs to get it together.

Because of extremely incompetent employees not filing paperwork appropriately or being knowledgeable in their respective job roles, I am being held financially responsible for their errors. In addition, each time I spoke with an employee, I was told several different ways to rectify the situation, all which was inaccurate in the end. If you want to protect your money, investment's, etc., I strongly suggest moving all accounts to a different credit union who's employees are competent, friendly, and go over and beyond for their account holders. I personally recommend First Community Credit Union. I have been with them over ten years, and have NEVER been treated the way I have been here. It is a true disgrace.

My wife called to request information about home equity loan. She has been with American Eagle for many many years. Gentleman was very rude to her and very vague in his answers. We will be taking our business elsewhere and I recommend others do the same.

My son has been banking with this credit union for years and has had a very good relationship with them until he tried to buy a house using them as the lender. I don't know if it was the policies of the credit union or just the unprofessional business manor of an underwriter named Linda Daniels, but I definitely would not recommend ever trusting this credit union with your personal and private information. If GDPR regulations are ever passed in the United States, this bank (and probably many others) will go under as they will never be able to afford the fines involved by not being GDPR compliant.

I'm the only car in the drive thru. I arrived at 4:16pm, it is now 4:50pm!!!! I've gotta be at work!!! This is the absolute, hands down WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Shut this location down!!!!

Ms. Cumberland needs an attitude adjustment at the Ofallon location and possibly a hearing device. Not only is she the most unfriendly checker I've ever met, but she put my deposit in the wrong account even though I explained the account twice. I selected this bank a couple of years ago for my car loan. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I've only been back for deposits a couple of times. I don't know if the name change has anything to do with the less than desirable associates but something has changed and not for the good.

This credit union provides poor customer service. The employees here are pathetic. The teller approached me droning state that we have no one to see . The lady you need to talk to about a car loan is getting ready to go to lunch. If I could give no stars I would.

We do ALL our banking in person or drive up, same thing, and have never been disappointed with together credit unions service or efficiency

EDIT: After having the rough experience with their help center, I was called by management the following day and helped with my problem. Took less than 20 minutes. Attempted to call the online/mobile banking department in the evening and was told they could not help me because it was not regular business hours. Why are they even there then? Why answer the phone to assist someone if they cannot even assist them? Honestly baffled by the whole situation.

I've been a member at the OFallon branch for ten years, employees are very efficient,always kind, even if I'm a bit ruffeled about a situation that may have gone wrong, they understand clients may make mistakes and investigate the situation with members to understand and resolve any situation.
