The folks at Investors-Title Company helped us greatly with navigating through a pile of closing documents after we sold a house we owned in South St. Louis. Due to COVID19 we had to park in the parking lot, and the girls who helped us didn't seem to mind running out to our car with documents smiling all the while in the pouring rain. A+ !

I have done a fair amount of closings in my life; this company's professionalism and attention to detail is very subpar. The lady that I have dealt with in reference to a closing has not given me accurate information more than once. Furthermore; I called the office building at 9am and asked to speak to this particular employee because I had a few questions about the closing that was scheduled at 11am. I was told that she stepped away from her desk for a minute or 2. The receptionist said that this person would call me back upon returning to her desk. One hour later, at 10am, she stilled hadn't called me. I called back and got through to her. The information that she gave me of what I needed to bring to closing was inaccurate. ..Sooooo now I have to return home, then drive back. This is one of a few incidents where I was given bogus information. Not happy

This is by far the most unprofessional title company I have ever dealt with. They could not get names on the paperwork correct (kind of important on legal documents) and they failed to timely pay homeowners insurance and taxes (also kind of important if you care anything about maintaining a good credit rating). I would recommend going elsewhere, as there are many good title companies in the area.

The best, I’ve closed several investor deals with Investors Title in O’Fallon and they have all been smooth. They are my “go to” title company.
