First Community Credit Union State Hwy, O'fallon

Almost always had a great experience here. Most of the workers are so friendly and helpful. I had only ever once have someone tell me I couldn’t cash a check because my parents weren’t there?(I was 17) But I have been banking here for years with this location as the one I would frequent. Had two car loans here as a young person who couldn’t really get one anywhere else. Paid them off and now just have my checking/savings account with them. Once I paused too long looking for a pen at their new (years old now) atm and it ate my card so that sucked. But she got me a new one quickly so no big complaints.

I visited the credit union today to purchase gift cards. The staff was very very helpful and was very pleasant. Thank you!!

They stole my money, I deposited money Wednesday and everything I used my card on over the Thanksgiving holiday they hit me with non sufficient funds fees for every single thing because my deposit from Wednesday still frozen on the account. I hung up the phone on them, just thieves that don't care

First Community is where it’s at. The best bank in town all around. I’ve never had an unfriendly encounters. Update: after my latest encounter I’m changing my 5 star review for this location to 3 stars. I see now what the other reviewers were talking about.

We have been using First Community Credit Union for nearly 10 years now and by far they are the best credit union or bank we have ever had. Everyone is nice and helpful and they have fulfilled all our banking needs from accounts to car loans!

I've never had bad service on the very few times that I've gone into the branch. Most of my banking needs to be done through the ATM & this ATM never seems to be working. I tried it again on Sunday the 17th and it was out of order again. This makes the third time I've attempted to do banking during off hours. They are only open for walk-in service during the same hours that I work. Please get a better ATM, other than that I like the bank just fine.

Rude bank tellers act like you are robbing the joint when you request to cash a check. Furthermore, you guys look absolutely ridiculous wearing masks while handling heavily circulated and unsanitary currency. It’s time to stop the charades as during my 15 minute visit I did not see one employee sanitize even one inch of the building between customers.

Complained twice to their corporate office about the same matter and was told that my issue, though valid, was not something they would prioritize. A small institution acting with all the bureaucracy and red tape of a big institution.

Very friendly and pleasant teller especially for working on New Years Eve. Have been with FCCU for 40 years.

The few times I have come to this location, they're always unfriendly. I came in to open a new savings account one day and was not helped for about 30 minutes with no other customers ahead of me. The woman that did finally help me made a joke about me sitting there for so long and was extremely unprofessional.
