    I started out with TJ Lending and the company switched to Blue Fin. This is the WORST financial company to ever have. I will NEVER recommend this financial company to anyone! They harass you on a daily and invade your personal social media. I recently owed 95.95 of my car loan payment and Charmaine the supervisor told me they would repo my car if it wasn't paid that day and it wasn't even a month after it was owed. She was rude and VERY disrespectfu and had no compassion for the customer. My representative Tanisha has been very understanding and communicates well with me. FIRE CHARMAINE SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!!

    so an update to this post- I just had to spend almost an HOUR on the phone again over an issue they again caused. They pulled my payment out early after I called them over a week ago to confirm it would be coming out on the 22nd. So they have now caused my bank account to overdraft and when I explained to TANIESHA how humiliating that was, I was told "lets not be extra." Im sorry, but most of us (clearly NOT the agents that this company employs" walk around with negative banking accounts. I told her to put her supervisor on the phone now and she still wanted to argue. This company absolutely sucks and I cannot believe they are still in business. These people are so rude. I have never been late and when I called and asked to move my payment date, I was treated like scum. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told no. The reps attitude and tone was horrendous. I think I will be exploring my options to move my loan elsewhere at this point. stop treating your customers like trash.

    I have never left a review for a business or company. I’ve heard the company has merged and the OFallon, Missouri office (this review is 100% based on) soon will no longer be in business. The assistance provided today from the Ohio office was 100% helpful ! Usually it’s not the company, it’s almost always the customer Service which OFallon, Missouri employs completely lacked. Best wishes to them.

    Absolutely terrible company. They loose paperwork and forget to mail it to the proper people. They also claim that I had a lien with them that was paid in full for over 3 years and when I called to talked to them about it they couldn't find my account or anything saying I had an account with them

    I did not want to give a star at all this is the most awful finance company tanisha is very rude claims ppl are being rude to get when they are not apparently asking questions is being rude and tanisha will hang up. I was trying to pay my car loan off they said it was declined I called my bank they no the payment was not declined and when trying to pay the loan off over the phone with Lisa she tried to charge me 260.00 more then what the pay off balance was. So glad I do not have to deal with these Ohio ppl anymore they are the worst to deal with!!!!! April 5 2018 updated my review like I said before paid my car off back in January beginning of Feb it has taken 3 months still no lean release to take to the DMV nothing saying my car is paid off spoke with Beverly so now she is putting a so called rush on my lean release let's see if it comes in the mail with in the next 7 to 10 business days mind I have called spoken to 3 ppl in the last 3 months trying to get the release if I don't have it with in the next 3 weeks I will getting an Attorney and suing for fraud and turning them into the attorney general I would never ever want to deal with this company again

    Has been the worst experience I have ever had with owning a car. The people are rude and disrespectful. The company is not where its says it is in Missouri but all calls go through a call center in Ohio. They are a JOKE They dont share the correct information with customers and dont care to listen to what you have to say! Finally made it through the loan with all the harassing phone calls and they wont release my title! This has been the mist stressful last years dealing with them. I just want it to be over!

    This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. The so called customer service reps are horrible. They are rude, not helpful what so ever and refuse to let you talk to a mgr or spv. They also hang up on you. I am refinancing my vehicle thru another company and spreading the word NOT to use this company!!

    This is by far the Most TERRIBLE & Stressful time in my life, going thru this company! They Lie, Curtis has taken an unauthorized Transaction, I reported it to the BBB & the police and received my money back!!! They talked to my husband, he went to put the money in our account to pay them on a 22 day late account & they picked the car up an hour later!! This is the second time they repoed my vehicle and I'm so blessed to be away from those Lying "Acct Reps"!! Deceitful and Fraudulent.... They sent me my Plan to Sell and I just smiled!!! That's pretty bad Charmaine and Joanne and Curtis and Tanisha and all your workers whom follow your suit, You have no pride in your job! Charmaine even knew my husband has health issues and my money went to his Drs fees yet she told me how she wears pink for Cancer!! Then took my payment and picked my car up! "I'M FREE AT LAST"... MLK An updated review of their BBB SCORE IS AN FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!! IMAGINE THAT!!! NORM HALE SURE DID MESS UP HIS COMPANY SELLONG OUT TO LMG FINANCE!!!!!🤤🤤🤤 PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FINANCE COMPANY IF LIFE EVER HAPPENS, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU, THEY WILL LIE AND TELL YOU THINGS YOU WANT TO HEAR!!
