My company recently switched banks. If you are considering this Bank, I would suggest you look elsewhere. No drive through, and told they will not be opening it up, ever. Always one Teller and long wait times. And the kicker, closes at 4PM.

Incredibly poor customer service. The teller sat there at a window while 3 people waited in line. One teller was working hard to get us through. When a customer approached the other teller she didn't say a word, instead held up one finger. I haven't seen that kind of rudeness in a bank before. Turns out the guy just needed to drop off a document. Come on Bank of America you can do better

The employees are rude. They don’t thank you or say have a good day. They just take your money and that’s it. Even the manager isn’t that friendly. I come here because it’s the closest to my house but hate it. How hard is it to say hi or thank you. Leadership lacks here. If the manager has that attitude then guess it’s no surprise the tellers are like that. Someone needs to come in this branch and give a crash course of customer service.

"Closed due to circumstances beyond their control"??? Really? Our banking system is now victim of socialist policies paying people more to stay home than report to work. YOU'RE A BANK FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!

Went to cash a check off of this bank's business. The company that wrote the check as was told by the supervisor there that we had to come back Tuesday as the company issuing the check was closed.(This was on Saturday we visited the bank. Upon looking at the companies website they were open until 9pm. So he, the supervisor lied about it being open. Bank of America has ?bad name to begin with but now this says a lit to me about the dishonesty. I will confront him Tuesday as to why he lied. I will never bank there or any BoA bank!

To get Bank Account Verification Letter takes 7-10 days. Citi - 15 mins. BoA requires to schedule appointment + 3 days. Citi - no appointment. BoA is not customer oriented bank.

Required appointment They fully booked today, I was told other locations are probably the same. I asked about making appoint on Monday. I was told they close at 4pm. I don't get off work until 4pm. The employee at the kiosk was not very helpful. I wanted to open an account with them but not any more.

Herman Travis is the branch manager of this location. Recently a family member was a victim of a scam to steal money out of their account. I told her to go to the bank and freeze the accounts. She didn't arrive until after 4pm and was pretty upset and crying from all of the stress. Herman saw her and despite being closed up opened the door and helped her solve the problems. I highly recommend any business that Herman Travis works at! Any place this man punches in at shines! Thanks again!

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Fees for non-customers cashing checks is ridiculous! If check is over $5K they won't even cash it!! I don't want a bank determining who and what I pay!! I'm switching to Commerce!!
