I went back 24 hours after receiving the loan. I spoke with a different young lady but informed quickly I wasn't allowed to pay it right back. Only make a payment smh. That sucks... I don't like holding anyone else's money if it not a real emergency. I'd rather be able to pay the whole thing back and when I'm in a real bind come back and borrow. But it's odd that they didn't want all of it back if I just said I didn't need it this time. Left a sour taste in my mouth about them.

The process was very fast and easy! Mrs. Tina did a great job of explaining everything and getting me the best offer. All of the staff were friendly and professional.

Tina was great! She was so nice. The transaction was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use TitleMax again. Of course the interest rate is higher for these type of loans, but pay off early to save money on the interest. Things are tough as it is so using a company that doesn’t judge you and stress you out with credit checks and paystubs is a lifesaver.
