This is the second time I am posting a negative comment regarding the same problems. You would think all the time they were down to redo their systems but calling on the phone and reaching a person is impossible and uncalled for. They must hand out those "so called" best of the best but what makes a financial institution great is CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD because other than that you use ATM machines, you deposit funds, you transfer funds. They should change their hours to Palmetto Citizens time instead of regular hours; reaching someone is a CRAPSHOOT. GOOD LUCK!!

The Clemson Staff is very friendly and personable with you. They not only see you as a "union member" but a "family member". They are attentive to your personal banking needs, activities and services. As a note, I love Thursday's Trivia night and shredding events.

I have been a member for many years and would never go anywhere else. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, kind and understands “customer service”! They really seem to enjoy helping every patron.

Every time I go to this branch, I'm surprised at the amazing level of customer service! I went in yesterday and the teller that helped me along with another one close by were so incredibly helpful and friendly!

Great customer service but the app is extremely laggy, hasn't been optimized for newer phones, and needs a serious update along with the website and email services. I asked for a password reset, and the confirmation email didn't even send within the time frame it gives you to use the password reset.

As a recent "escapee" from N.Y. I was pleased to select Palmetto Citizens FCU as my banking institute upon settling down here in the midlands. I had the pleasure of establishing my initial accounts with Whitaker, who was a genuine pleasure to deal with. She fully explained all the options available, and when the time came a few months after moving down here & getting settled in, I was introduced to Ashby, whom I'm working with now to help set up some financial vehicles to put my money to work for me, so I can enjoy my retirement a little more comfortably knowing folks who truly care and look out for their clients best interest are overseeing my financial affairs, while I can enjoy devoting time to enjoying life. Kudos to the many fine folks I've encountered and interacted with at the Richland County, Clemson Rd. branch of PCFCU, Y'all have been most welcoming & helpful, and professionally proactive!

The best place in the world to do banking. I sooo love my credit union branch on Clemson Road. Everyone is efficient, friendly and very professional. Thanks for always making my visit (in person or at the drive-thru) a pleasant experience.

I don't go inside very often, but when I do I'm met with courtesy, professionalism and leave knowing what ever matter was taking care of had a favorable ending.

This small Credit Union is tops. Anyway, this branch at Clemson Rd is. Since my wife and I walked in soon after this branch opened, we have been treated with respect, the service is fast and the tellers friendly and helpful. A few of them even remember our names (which is not necessary, but nice). Every transaction, trouble shooting (one of my "oops) assistance has been met by professionalism and patience. The only slight disappointment is: the on-line banking is not user friendly. Too many steps, and too often disfunctional.
