Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Hardscrabble Rd, Columbia

Yesterday I went through the drive through ATM to make a deposit as I do often. The machine did a complete reboot during my deposit and not only did it take my card but the money as well. No receipt, nothing. I went into the branch and was told they could do nothing. I had no idea they don't even service the machines outside of the building. I never moved my car from the ATM so I went back to my car and called the support number they provided and spent about a hour on the phone with someone filing a claim on the money the machine took. The agent assured me the money would be back into my account the next day because they would be able to verify my card and the additional funds. Called today to check the status and was told it would take up to 10 days to receive my funds. This was a cash deposit so basically their machine stole my cash and the lack of customer service is punishing me for their faulty equipment. I will never use those machines again I don't care how convenient they may be because if something happens your stuck. Your completely at their mercy. Having a person at a drive through is far better than those machines. Please beware! Don't deposit cash into those ATM's.

Who came up with new design. My location closed, have to drive further. To wait in a longer line. Then I watch as employee show favoritism to those who they know. As a business owner I don't have the time to spend the afternoon to do banking.

Unprofessional, “Couldn’t care less attitude”. Rudeness and Neanderthal’s attitude by the so called employees. Bank website designed NOT to provide all the information so as to seem they care about the customers and provide services. Hope this branch closes and they go out of business!!! No job for you.

The customer service on this location is aweful, they open the door late most of the time and they are not friendly at all. I don’t recommend this location to any one at all !

Opened an account here a few years ago and have been happy with the service they have provided me.

I'm surprised by the recent negative reviews of this location. My experience here has always been great. Perhaps the earlier you go, the better their service is. The greeter (an African American lady, I don't remember her name) was so understanding when I said what brought me in was a wire transfer and I didn't know a large transfer could be done without wire as long as both accounts are BoA. Even better, they didn't charge me a penny. Thank you Ms. Michelle and Ms. Rhonda for your help. I wasn't aware that my choice of identification was set as passport (or that I even had one). Ms. Rhonda stepped in and made sure to approve the transfer. She took the time to explain to me why I was asked if I had my passport on hand and that I could set up a future meeting to have it changed to my driver's license.

Very good branch the tellers and manager there are very good people, always smiling and eager to help. This is by far the best branch in Columbia***** This is the best Bank of America branch in Columbia, these are professional tellers and managers..Rhonda, Felicia, Alice and Michelle are outstanding..I would not go to any other branch..5star rating!!!

LOVE love LOVE this location of BOA. I would use this branch again for all of my banking needs. The staff is very friendly and informant of all things and so helpful.

Teller at the counter was very rude, sarcastic and unprofessional!!

Drive through window is never open and I have 3 kids under 4 so this is very inconvenient.
