Worst experience I have at loan place ! Charisse did bad job when I received a loan . Close to closing time she rushing everything can’t even process in my mind what she saying . She can’t even speak right then want put the loan on a card that she thought I said yes too . NEVER AGAIN WORST PLACE EVER GO TO ! If you go here just talk to the manger she will help and speak clearly better than CHARISSE!!!

They're customer service is by far the best ever. I was totally embarrassed because of the situation of having to use my car for a loan but Octavia and Dina made the transition very comfortable, would highly recommend this location just because the customer service was so excellent, because in some instances when someone gets familiar with customers the professionalism goes away but not with these two, it stayed at a high level and didn't decrease. Great job and thank you both, hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do the Two Notch location is the one I'll choose.
