So I paid over 600 dollars which I would have done my taxes myself if I knew it would cost so much. I asked before we started how much the young lady never responded. So three days later I found out the irs rejected my file do to someone not giving me a paper to sign that I'm the mother of my kids. After me calling calling trying to figure out what's going on with the advance I apply and paid extra. Communication is terrible 😪
