I was in desperate need of cash due to an unexpected emergency. After hearing stories, it made me skeptical about doing a Title loan. Most of all, I was embarrassed to even come in to borrow the funds. I spoke with DonDiedra over the phone and she had such a pleasant personality and answered all my questions very thoroughly over the phone. I thought about doing the loan over and over. Called back in this afternoon and spoke with her and she had the same pleasant tone. Honestly I just had to come in to meet her because she was just so nice. As I walked in the office she came a greeted me at the door and also called me by name.... which made me feel so special. She helped me get the cash I needed and was very quick in doing so. Came in here to get some cushion for a move upcoming . Computer issues had me here longer than I wished and the staff was super accommodating and apologetic about it. They worked hard to get me the amount I requested and I had an overall pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.
