This store is where I opened my account and I've never been late paying on my account in the 3 years that I opened the account. I was in a crisis and waiting on my tax refund forever... I searched everywhere for immediate loans and to no avail... I made one call to check 'n go and they said come and see us!! I walked in and the atmosphere just smelled like APPROVAL... I was greeted by Ms O'laysha at the front who immediately assisted me. I filled out a few forms and within a few minutes literally A FEW MINUTES she returns and says the greatest words I've heard in a while "APPROVED!!!"... Stephanie was extremely helpful in me obtaining a loan. She was kind, knowledgeable and the process was quick. The customer service in this store is some of the best service I've encountered in awhile. I had my 5 year old son with me and everyone in the office was nice. They asked and provided chips and a drink for him while he was waiting for me. I'd definitely recommend this store, this service to anyone.

Chris was absolutely amazing! He made everything easy and very convenient. Also, he referred us where to cash our check that way we get it right away instead of our bank holding it for 2 weeks. We were in and out quick. Great customer service, even while he was training another employee.
