Working with Carl has been the worst experience ever you can tell he doesn't like black people. He isn't a man of his word. He has threaten me on my voicemail more than once. When asked for his DM number who made me pay a month in advance he said he wasn't giving me her number because our call got disconnected

The manager Victoria Montgomery was very helpful and kind. Her assistant Janae was also really sweet and they both made it a great experience.

I have been doing business with this location for about 3 years now. Always greeted when coming into the door. The employee's at the location are awesome. I was in a tight position financially and they told the max I could borrow but did not force to take more than I needed. The process was effortless, took all of 5 minutes for them to complete. If I didn't have a good job already I would apply here. Thanks for the help, and will definitely be back if I fall short again.

The day I went in I explained my situation to Victoria and she assured me that they could assist me. The day I got the loan Victoria was out of the office and Ron assisted me. They both were very knowledgeable and explained it in a way I fully understood the process. Victoria did a call back the next day just to make sure everything was taken care of. I called yesterday and spoke with Jennifer. She was happy to help me with my questions about a car loan. She was super friendly and gave me step by step instructions on what documentation I needed to bring and how this process works. I recommend speaking with her if you have questions on a loan!
