The ladies are very professional and I would highly recommend coming here just for the customer service alone! Ms Fawn helped me receive my loan and she was amazing! Very informative and caring! I would definitely come again if the time comes!!

On today 12/20/21 I went by Personal Cash and renewed my loan. The young lady that helped and another staff was personable and nice yet my problem was with Ms. Julie. While the rep was retrieving info I made a statement about the 3 credit keys and in response Ms. Julie interjected curtly! She (Julie) made it very clear that they Personal Cash reports negative accounts to the credit bureau and I in response stated the company does NOT report the positive. She then states “I just work here!” My thoughts are this if a customer is paying on time especially with a 177% interest rate reporting positive activity should be included in your policy especially if your advertising “3 Keys to good credit!” Secondly, to have a rude customer service rep (Julie) that can only say she just works there then she needs to not be there!! If a customer pays on time they should be rewarded! I understand it’s a business but the same way your company reports the negative it should be reporting the positive!
