These people took one of my car keys. When I got my title back, they lost my key!! Has been several months and still have not found it. Haven't heard from them. Have not been compensated for it yet!!! If you dare to use this place, don't give them a key to your car!!!!!!

I give this company 5 stars for the friendly staff and the loan app and document friendly requirements.... I do not reccomend this title loan company OR ANY for long term requirements. And if you are compelled to do so I highly recommend that you have a plan b" in place or you will find yourself in a hole that can take a lifetime to get out of... I did, but I'm learning from my mistake! I was warned by the horses mouth and not it's a** . So my fault! On a lighter note if you need cash fast with no doubt you can repay quickly then I say go no place else than title max Gaffney store! ADDENDUM:TO THE OWNER ,th,e customer service is great! This place is horrible. We fell behind on our payment for one month and they wouldn’t take anymore payments from me. I mailed certified checks that was mailed back. I wrote a review and someone replied with a 800 number to call and file a complaint. I called the number and there was no help. Then I look and my review is gone. BE WARE of this place. Everyone is great and friendly until you miss a payment.

I would reccomend Titlemax of Gaffney to all who live in surrounding areas of the upstate. Believe me when I tell you it is worthy of your time and gas . Amy and Davette surpassed my expectations and have in the past and currently provide the highest customer service I have ever seen as a consumer. They provide a fast, accurate and down to earth and understandable approach to loan processing and repayment options. I would give them the highest customer satisfaction rating available.
