This place is horrible. I fell behind on my payments. They refuse to take 200 a week and shut down the mobile app. I sent certified funds and it was mailed back. They refuse to communicate by email and told me I needed to drive the 8 hours to make the payment. Be ware and stay away from this place. I don’t think anyone should refuse to take any money from someone who is trying. I believe the payments are refused to get more interest. I’ve also called their cooperate office as well as submitted feedback on the app with no response.

Donna is a very sweet person n will do whatever she can to help u get the money u need. I had a very pleasant experience with them and if I ever need the money again they will definitely be the ones I go to.

I have just had the most awesome customer service experience with Mrs. Davette Talley. She was proficient, courteous, and was open and honest which is very important to me when dealing with Customer Service Representatives. I recommend anyone who needs a loan to see her at the Gaffney location.
