I witnessed her be so patient and work with even customers who cannot read well, explaining everything to them. They will help you if your car is older or high mileage. I actually was referred here by a title loan company who couldn't help me. Even if I'm not approved I truly appreciate the patience this woman has!! So kind. Thanks guys!

Awesome customer service!! Misty is very professional & courteous. I made this review when I 1st got my loan. I've never missed a payment until this month due to Covid-19 & me losing my job. I've kept in touch to let them know as soon as I receive my unemployment, I'd make my payment. A lady named Tiffany called me with an attitude bc I don't have voicemail on my phone & told me everybody else received their stimulus check so I should be able to make a payment. Well, I haven't received anything yet. Then she pretty much threatens me by saying well if you don't make a payment, you'll be put into collections. How is that when I'm only 2 wks behind on this months payment?? How can someone be so rude knowing ppl are out here struggling. I've always made my payments so why wouldn't I now? I will never refer anyone to this place nor will I do business with them again. Thanx Tiffany with your inconsiderate, smart mouth!!

This place is horrible. I wish I never got a title loan there at all. The chick name Heather is the most rudest and disrespectful person I know. She does not need to work in customer service jobs at all. Nothing but pure hell, since I got my title loan.

I would never go back, life happens. Things happen and some people are too heartless to understand that. The two women I spoke with were very rude and had a hell of a attitude problem. My hands are clean of this place and I’m glad, everyone falls on hard times and goes through struggles and the customer service they are suppose to give was complete trash.

I was in a pinch, and American Title loans helped me out. Heather,I believe that's her name, was awesome and nice and professional. I recommend these folks they aren't out to break you like some of the competition.
