They were very helpful and made sure I understood the process that was going on. I have been trying to get a title loan from various places yet the places I went to didn't even call me back to even tell me I was denied. With stress rising and really needing a loan to renovate a home we needed to move into and time was defiantly not on our side title max was. I got the loan the very same day I went in. There wasn't any wait on phone calls I just had to donate some time in their building. Not only that they treated my children well and had them entertained while I spoke to my professional about the process. Everyone was really friendly and I also noticed how they treated me and really didn't make me feel I was less than like the other places I visited. My payment plan is extremely manageable. They made sure I understood everything that was happing and the whole vibe of the place was pressure free unlike most places they came in. I could even gotten more of a loan that I was asking for but didn't pressure me to take out a bigger loan it was completely up to me. I highly recommend this place.
