This was my first time ever doing a Title Pawn. I was a bit worried, but Ana, did a great job making sure I understood everything crystal clear. The other ladies Debbie and Karen were also very kind and attentive with offering me coffee and snacks. This office really stands out for their customer service. These are some great people to deal with. The customer service at this facility is amazing. You wont find quality in employees like you will with Anna (The GM). I would highly recommend anyone going and talking to Anna. She's a great representative and very helpful. They actually care about you and your needs, not just your money. While Titlemax may not be for everyone, I recommend you try it out anyways.

My husband and I came to Titlemax when we were in need of a small loan. I checked online first and saw how competitive their rates are, so we got a loan. The process from beginning to end was fairly quick, and the woman who handled our loan, Ana E., was incredibly professional and super nice. She gave us all the information that we needed, answered all of our questions, and was very friendly. The office is clean and quiet, and all in all, it was a great experience. I’m sure that if we find ourselves in need of a loan again, we’ll come here first.

Pawned title got the amount we needed to purchase a place to rent..that was the whole reason in borrowing but was more trouble than we thought...after 2 years we were finally able to pay it completely off. But paid WAY more than what we had borrowed came out to be about 4,000 dollars ridiculous... we struggled so hard on paying this off the People, yes are respectful but when it came down to it they only cared about recieving the complete amount on time! everytime! if not.. another fee... which just added more an more especially through these hard times with the pandemic. Completely ridiculous we recieved no help with the fees even after we had the full amount and was paying it off we didnt even recieve a discount or reduced amount even with paying the rest of the full amount off in 1 day. I'm sorry I'm not recommending this company/place AT ALL!

Robert was amazing at explaining everything over the phone before my visit- I was reluctant seeing as I haven’t done a title loan before. Quick, easy, and painless. He took the time to break down my payment and why making more than the minimum was best. Easy way to get a lump sum upfront!
