Edgar is rude. He forced me to write a good review about him one time. He offered me $200 on a brand new $700 generator tried to tell me he could order one off eBay for 500 bucks. You forgot to add shipping dude. Do you know how much a generator weighs genius???

Pawnopoly is the greatest pawnshop that I have ever dealt with. Edgar, and John actually care about people. I was struggling, and they initiated a variety of options and answers to help me. This is about the whinyiest group of pawn brokers I’ve ever met they act like anything you’re supposed to come bring again it supposed to be brand-new especially tools like grown men don’t use our tools at work and pay bottom dollar they’re not really willing to look into anything everything is black-and-white if you have a saw it’s just a saw it doesn’t matter what type of Saw etc I will never attempt to do business here again

I came in with a friend an hour before closing, we came to look at a bracelet that i had previously saw and was wanting to purchase we were being helped by a girl with glasses and a ponytail but didn’t catch her name. We were wanting to see other items in the jewelry case but soon found out we were an inconvenience to her, she seemed annoyed after asking her a question about a ring that had removal stacks and she replied rudely “I would prefer you not To remove them” which I had no intention in doing I was trying to see the markings on the bands. I asked nicely about their closing time because I thought that they were closed and we were holding her but no we were there an hour before closing. I completely understand this is a pawn shop but I work in customer service and she was entirely rude with her Demeanor towards us, she soon left the jewelry counter without asking us if we wanted to see anything else. We walked out right after that, I will not support a business that treats customers in that manor will go a purchase a 2k bracelet elsewhere.

Edgar is the best person here! Always so helpful with anything I need whether it be loans, sales, or purchases. He makes sure everything is taken care of and comes back as I gave it. Also he’s offered great prices on anything I had to sell. He always comes through in the clutch! I don’t go anywhere else anymore.

Sometimes they’ve got stuff you like, sometimes they don’t, but it’s always fun looking around and checking out their great deals! The staff have always been pleasant. The staff were very helpful. The prices were very reasonable. We bought a laptop. The staff offered us a 1 year warranty. No other pawn establishment I have ever been to did this. It gave me a feeling of confidence in my purchase. I had bought a pearl necklace previously which my wife gets rave reviews. I will go back to pawnopoly if I want a pre-owned object.

My son and I visited Pawnopoly today in Cumming. We had great service from both Clay and Edgar and a female employee that was very friendly, as well, but I didn't get her name. I've been going to this location for years and this seems to be an all new crew, but they are the first to come out and speak to us other than just a quick hello. My son was surprised and happy when Clay said hello to him specifically and shook his hand. On the way out, my son said it was the first time someone treated him like an adult and he wanted me to mention that here. We will always be back, but today was a really nice visit.

Jonathan helped me today and was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I didn’t catch the managers name but he was super awesome as well. The other employee working was also very friendly and talked to me while waiting to be checked out as well. Would recommend anyone to visit any of those 3, you won’t be disappointed.

When I first arrived in Pawnolopy for the first time I was immediately greeted by a pleasant fragrance as well as a friendly hello from an employee by the name of Edgar. I was very pleased with my non-existent wait time and the customer appreciation was quite genuine. I would definitely be stopping by more frequently due to the close proximity of my home and also it’s open on Sunday’s and I’m not used to stores being open on Sundays. The dedication is remarkable. I would even love to work for this store location if opportunity presented itself. I would definitely without hesitation recommend a first time browser to take a stop by. Wonderful service.

I walked into Pawnopoly not really sure of what I wanted to do with my items but man am I glad I did!!! I needed cash fast but was a little wary of my items being in a pawn shop. The staff there were AWESOME especially Mike and Michelle. They make sure your items are the exact way they were when you dropped them off when you pick them up. They take really good care when wrapping them to put them in the back so nothing will ever happen to them. They were able to get me as close to what I needed as possible and for that I am forever grateful!!! They definitely got me as a new customer and will continue to have my business for any future loans!!!

I had an amazing experience at the store today. I had to get a new laptop and unfortunately I could not buy a brand new one. I stopped in and got what I needed with the assistance of Carol. She waited patiently while I checked out and made sure that the three different computers I was interested in were working properly. I ended up having to make dummy accounts just to access Google and make sure that the Internet was up and working. And still ever so patiently, Carol waited. I could not make up my mind as to which one I wanted and she did not push me into one computer or another. She simply said to make sure I took my time, that there was no rush. She was insistent that I took my time and make sure I got what I wanted and reassured me that I could bring it back within seven days if I was not happy with it. I’ve never bought anything from a pawnshop before and Pawnopoly didn’t make me regret my decision at all. Carol was amazing and I will definitely be back if I need anything else. In the 3 years I've lived in Ga., Edgar has treated me fairly on the items I've brought in. They will always work with you in keeping your items available if contacted within a reasonable amount of time if you're having difficulties paying off.....

Allen & Chad were awesome at determining purchase value of items I brought over to Pawnopoly. Not only were they using their excellent customer skills, they were reasonable with their assessment of the products. It is always a challenge to accept the purchase value of an item from a business with their profit margins in play, especially with emotional attachment to the things that need a farewell. Customer service was great. I was there to get a loan on a ring. I did not have to wait long in line. The gentleman helping me was very nice and personable.
