    I had expressed interest through the Chevrolet website for a black 2022 Chevy Malibu. Andrew called me within 30 minutes of my interest saying they had a gray one on the lot. I was greeted with smiling faces and had an all around amazing experience. Andrew and I had great conversation throughout the entire experience and were we able to compromise on an end price. It did take a little longer than expected to get to leave the lot with a new car in hand and not breaking the bank, but it was worth the wait. I love my new Malibu and will be recommending Andrew at Malcom Cunningham Chevrolet to any of my friends who are in the market for a new vehicle. 10/10 if you're going ASK FOR ANDREW!

    They were awesome about the whole deal for my new 2022 Chevy Colorado. The day we bought it, they had problems with their system, but because of the inconvenience, they gave us the Truck 3,000 $ cheaper AND delivered it free. Great service when delivered too.

    We had the best experience at Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet. The new car market is crazy with the semiconductor chip shortage and a lot of dealerships are gouging prices for new cars. We left one dealership after receiving an offer that was more than 30k over the stick price. We came to Malcolm Cunningham the next day and put a deposit on a 2021 Z71 Tahoe. They priced the car VERY reasonably given the market and could not have been more excited to take delivery of the car this past week. We love the shadow grey color and our boys love riding with the additional room in the back. Shout out to our sales rep Dallas, GM Grey, finance manage Louis as well as Malcolm Cunningham and Malcolm Cunningham Jr. The whole team took great care of us.

    Waste of TIME and MONEY. Wouldn't recommend them to even someone I didn't like. Wife went in for an Oil Change, Cabin Air filter change, and Alignment. Waited about 3 hours and a half TOTAL. Take in mind that our oil change is covered because of a service package we payed when we initially purchased. We were charged over 300$ for alignment and cabin air filter. Also "4 hours of labor" . Unreal. DO NOT BRING your cars here for service hell the jiffy lube techs are probably better, faster, and more honest. Garbage service. Unfortunately made the mistake of buying the package through them. Will keep bringing in for oil change at my last resort. SAVE your time and money and go elsewhere. They don't have the same reviews repeated for no reason.

    We had set up an appointment online for an oil change for our 2020 C8 after coming in prior to that to get the names of the certified C8 Corvette technicians. Since there was no way to set the appointment up with them online, we requested that they work on it in the comment section of the appointment. Upon arriving at the service department, I told the advisor Andrew that I wanted either of those techs to do the work on the car and he said okay. We left for lunch and when we returned Andrew informed me of some unexpected recalls on the car that should take about 2 hours to complete so I said I would wait. After about 45 minutes, he returned to let me know that Chris (the Corvette tech) couldn't get to the recalls that day and I would need to bring the car back and leave it there for the day for it to be done. It was then that I realized that they had had another tech do the oil change, not one of the world class and C8 certified techs I had requested. I told him I would call back to set that up and he had the porter bring the car out of the shop for me. When I got in the car, I realized that someone had put it into a sport mode and had obviously been messing around with it while it was there. I was not happy with this as I expected the dealership, it's technicians and porters to be respectful of the vehicle while it was in their care. My husband was upset enough about this to consider selling the car to purchase a Lexus LC or Jaguar F Type instead, since moving to Atlanta we have had great service with both of those brands.

    Brought my truck in to have a water leaked checked out. Very hard to deal with the different service agents over the phone. The service center told me the leak was coming from the windshield which was hard for me to believe since I had replaced the windshield about a month ago. They charged me $160 just to tell me water was leaking from the windshield and did no work to the truck. Safelite replaced the windshield no problem. However the very next storm, water was pooling in my truck in the very same spot. Pretty evident the folks at Malcom Cunningham either didn’t diagnose the leak properly or didn’t look at my truck at all. I’m currently active duty military and used leave time to bring in my truck here. That was definitely leave time wasted.

    I went to look at a Hyundai Elantra that they had on their lot for a while. Started off nice, I was making great conversation with Andrew as he helped me through the process. Then he said that they had to pull it off due to the check engine light being on. Which is very understandable, but then I wanted to see another car they had. But I wasn’t too interested in them because I’m not a fan of Chevrolet… but I saw this 2017 Honda CR-V they had. And I liked it thought it was nice. I told Andrew my budget prior to me going on the lot. And so I decide to take it for a test drive. Meanwhile I asked him how much it was serveral times. I got no reply. I knew it was out of my budget. But I patiently waited because he said he would work something out. After that we go inside to talk prices and he shows me to actual price of the car which is 30,000. And I am speechless. That is close to double my budget. Why would you show someone a car or encourage a test drive to waste someone’s time. If you already knew the cost of the car was way out of their budget . No wonder that car has been there a while because it’s 30,000 dollars!!! Pretty sure that won’t move anytime soon because someone would have a nicer car for 30,000 than a HONDA!!! Very ridiculous. Very glad there wasn’t a car I liked there because they didn’t deserve my business. I also had a grave in which they didn’t even offer the KBB value for. When I asked him about it he said they don’t use KBB and I’m like how is that even possible when KBB gives awards to the best prices for cars and it makes sure we as buyers know the value of our cars so we don’t get ripped off by places like this. They honestly deserve a negative rating if that was possible.

    The salesmen was very nice and cordial. Had respect for all people. Had mask on, social distancing rule was very effective. I did get the car I wanted but at least we wasn't discriminated against, like at Nally Nissan in Cummings.

    Bad experience. Today we had an appointment with oil change, tire rotation, and other works from the "Best Investment" maintenance package. Nothing except an oil and filter change and tire rotation was done. Also, the service guy even didn't reset an oil change counter. And I still don't see tire rotation in my CarFax. I guess it was my first and very last visit to this service center. And of course, none of the staff wear face masks. Invoice #6028435. 1/9/2022 UPDATE: I left my initial review a week ago. In response, I was given a standard answer. I called them… During the phone call, I found out that, it turns out, I did not come to this service center. Are you serious?! From their words, I made an appointment but allegedly did not come despite the fact that I have all the proof documents. People, bypass this center!

    I truly enjoyed working with Dallas. He wasn’t pushy, responded promptly to my questions, and was forthcoming about availability. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, he got us through the process quickly and comfortably. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman we worked with for the financing portion, but he was fantastic as well. We told him we only had two hours before we had to pick our kids up from school, and he got us out of there in two hours! It was the fastest, most painless vehicle purchasing process we have had, yet. We are extremely happy with our new Chevy!

    Normally I have a wonderful experience when I get my car serviced. Today I can say, was a terrible experience. My appointment was with a service representative named Gavin. Not only does he not greet me or acknowledging my presence, but proceeds to carry on a conversation on the phone. He then asks his coworkers after 10 minutes if they could check myself, and two others who had come in. To which they said they already had customers. He asks one of his coworkers to hand the person standing next to me their car keys, to which that is done. Then he checks in the guys who came in five minutes AFTER me! Another couple minutes goes by before he looks at me and asks “Are you hear to see me?” I nod and he says “give me a minute.” And goes right back to his phone conversation. Finally fed up I walk over to the other agent whom I was not scheduled with and he checks me in immediately. In total it took about 15 minutes for me to get checked in when I was the first one there followed only by three other people who all got seen before me! Unprofessional is not a strong enough a word to describe the treatment I received from Gavin. Who flat out ignores their customers and then feign ignorance? I would strongly recommend any other service agent but him.

    We’ve been through plenty of dealerships in the area and the experience here sure was the best. We were in and out with a solid deal within the first two hours of getting to their lot. Andrew Loza is an awesome salesman and very understanding if you are transparent with him. I came with a well researched backed price and my man was able to reach it quickly and without much hassle. I hate having to leave a dealership to get to my targeted price, but I didn’t have to even threaten walking out on their offer to get to my price! Choose Andrew Loza if you go, tell him Vu sent you haha!

    Great dealership. I didn’t feel pressured like most dealerships try to do. My salesman mr Rodriguez was excellent and got me a excellent deal on my c7. I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to give Malcolm Cunningham in Alpharetta A strong Consideration. I have dealt with other Gm dealerships before, but this one is by far the best I ever visited. All of the staff are friendly.

    The most unprofessional service experience I have ever experienced in my adult life. I drove an hour plus to pay for services and got home only to realize they were being dishonest. This dealership will charge you for services without performing them. I have rims on my new Suburban and the back two tires had curb rash. Well, I requested a tire rotation and when I received the truck back 2 hours later the back two tires were still in the same position with curb rash. I spoke with the manager Adrian Cunningham and he argued that they completed the work. But, both my husband and I both showed photos that the damaged tires hadn’t been moved. I also had a low tire due to a nail and asked it to be plugged. Per Adrian, it was done. However, jt was not because the tire was low the next morning. I go to a tire shop and go figure the nail is still inside my tire the exact tire that was low when I arrived to the dealership. Further proof that my tires were never rotated. My windshield wipers won’t work and they didn’t fix that either. I don’t even believe or trust anything they say at this point. Do not go to this dealership for service! They will charge for services they don’t complete and lie to your face and have long wait times. Not to mention, I ordered a screen for my truck almost a year ago and they won’t deliver. Keep telling me it’s on back order. unprofessional! Do not recommend.

    If you’re worried about being deceived and overcharged avoid Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet service. I took my Suburban in to have the air conditioner looked at because it wasn’t working. First they told me they couldn’t get to it the day I dropped it off for my scheduled appointment. After keeping it overnight they told me at the end of day 2 that a section of high pressure tubing needed replacing for $367 before they could even diagnose the problem. On day 3 they told me the compressor had mechanically failed and that would be another $1,500 repair. I called around and found that I could have the compressor replaced for $860 somewhere else. The other shop told me there was also no reason to replace whole tubing section and that Malcolm Cunningham could have just replaced the high pressure valve for about $30 ($15 part, 5 minutes labor). After realizing I was getting scammed I picked up my Suburban. The $367 ballooned to $439 after taxes and another $65 in ‘shop supplies’. I asked the service manager why they replaced the whole tubing section when they could have simply replaced the valve internals? He said it wasn’t possible and that actually they replaced both high and low pressure tubing sections and that’s why the price was what it was. The truth is in fact they did only replace the high and low pressure valves, but told me and charged me labor for replacing entire tubing sections. The 134a refrigerant was also completely removed from the system even though the receipt said they charged the system. My bill should have been $159 for the diagnostic + $30 in high and low pressure ports/valves and maybe 10 minutes of labor, beyond the base diagnostic fee, to unscrew old valves and screw in new valves. Totaling $230 max. They inflated the bill to $439.

    Reggie was quick with communication as soon as I inquired about my new purchase. We live about 2hrs away so he made sure I got all the info I needed on the car including taking the time to do a video walk through of the vehicle.     Very good experience visiting this dealership. 02/25/22, I made a first time appointment online for a oil change, was very easy, got the appointment the same day. Staff was very polite. Chris was awesome helping with the process, he gave me some tips about how to take care of our suv and I didn’t had to pay a dollar bc was first oil change. I didn’t knew about it. Chris, thank you so much for everything, see you guys for the next oil change.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We had the worst experience ever trying to buy a vehicle. After test driving I found 3 issues wrong with the vehicle that they said they did not know about but could have fixed. I agreed to buy the vehicle if the issues were fixed and they told me they needed a $3000.00 dollar deposit to hold the vehicle. I got them a certified check from my bank that they said they would hold NOT DEPOSIT until the vehicle was ready and we finished paperwork. After a few days of not hearing anything I reached out and they said the issues would be to expensive to fix and I could come back and get my check. The next day I went there and told them I would buy it as is for a lower price but still reasonable. I was asking for $3,500 off when they said the issues would cost $4,500 to fix. They still tried to up sale me so I told them I would just take my check back. They then came back saying the check has not deposited into their bank account and needed to see my bank statement and my account information. (Reminder they were not supposed to cash this check until the deal was finalized) We had to threaten to call the police multiple times for them to write out a check to me for $3,000.00 since they wanted to see all of my banking information before writing me a check. We were lied to saying that the owner of the dealership never even wanted to sell this truck because they knew of these issues when it came in. However I am the one who supposedly found these issues when I test drove it. Also why would they go to the lengths of posting it on their website and multiple other websites if their owner does not want to sell this vehicle. The manager and sales people were very rude and not helpful at all when trying to get my $3,000.00 back. This is the shadiest dealership I have ever seen and I do not and will not ever recommend anyone to go their. To this day the vehicle is still listed on their site even though they supposedly never wanted to sell it in the first place. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

    Buying a car can be a stressful experience. My recent experience with Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet was not at all stressful – the sales experience was excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred when I had to wait over an hour for the dealer to wash the car (which it really didn't need, but they insisted on doing.) This delay was blamed on pandemic-related staff shortages, and, I expect, strong sales coming out of the lockdown! BTW, I love the car they sold me!

    I love my 2017 Chevy Volt BUT GM has done nothing to keep up with any repair parts. My car has been in the shop 3 months now waiting for a part - BECM. On my VOLT FB pages, I see where some dealerships have received their parts in 2-3 weeks. NO UPDATES FROM GM!!!!

    Every since I bought my car it has been nothing but problems with it. In June I took my car to the dealership I got it from because my check engine light was on and blinking at 58000 miles and under warranty....They told me it was nothing wrong with it.. Now the whole engine is gone at 62000 and they are not willing to take responsibility...GM has sent messages to them...I have called numerous of times to speak with the owner before try to contact a lawyer, no one never calls back....This is how they sent my car that I owe 16000 on.

    I made an appointment with another dealership other than Malcom Cunningham to get a service done. I made the appointment at the end of August. However, the first available appointment that I could get was September 23rd. I ended up reaching out to Malcom Cunningham, where the advisor Terrance took care of me from beginning to end. Not only was he able to get me an appointment 4 days later (once the part came in), but he did a phenomenal job with communicating/following up with me in a timely manner. I hadn’t received superb customer service in awhile. To top things off, once the part came in, he was able to squeeze me in on a Friday and provide shuttle services. It was a seamless process! All that to say, Terrance is a great asset to the company! In addition, Malcom Cunningham Chevrolet in Alpharetta showed up and showed out with excellent customer services/repair services!

    Andrew our salesman did an absolutely amazing job helping my fiancé and I buy our first car together! Louis also did such an amazing job showing us the financial side of things which was really helpful as well!     We really enjoyed our car buying experience. In fact, it was the best thus far. We purchased a 2020 Suburban from this dealership. Quentin is a no pressure sales guy and gave us a thorough overview on how to operate all the “bells and whistles”. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and did not hesitate to answer any questions.
