Very personal and informative, making the process an understandable and enjoyable one. I wasn’t initially “excited” to have to go to TitleMax to have to deal with trading in my title. However, Perlita turned my experience from expected misery, to an actual fun and enjoyable time! Definitely created a repeat customer!

DISGUSTING PLACE. It’s a scam.. I had three cars from this place and all of them had engine trouble. They even went as far to tell me that they took the cars to the shop and had them completely fixed, which was a blatant lie. Please just save up your money and go buy a used car from an actual person and not this scam Business. They should be shut down.

The people here are amazing more specifically the gentleman named Eric there is a real treasure and was super helpful and awesome. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in a jam.
