Justin was AMAZING!! He was so attentive and knowledgeable and super nice! There was a Title Max closer to me, but after speaking with him on the phone I just had to come to him. I was in and out with a check in hand in about 45 minutes...it was awesome!! Definitely ask for Justin!!

I must say Justin and Mitchell didn't let me leave w/o explaining the process, and going the extra mile of reassuring me of how it may take some time, however, that they would be here as I needed them. So a week goes by I obtained the info I needed, made my call, Justin was just as welcoming with reassurance. To cut to the point, I gave five stars for committed, dedication, and above and beyond customer service I received. Awesome.

Unfortunately, we live in a time where grood customer service is slowing dissipating. I feel the need to share my experience where I received not only good customer service, but above and beyond great customer service. I needed some extra cash to take care of some pressing needs and I sought the help of TitleMax. I was blown away by the level of courtesy and professionalism I was shown by Justin and Mitchelll. They created a warm, welcoming, understanding environment, where I was made to feel that they cared about me and the situation I was in. All of the many questions I had about the terms and conditions of my loan were answered, patiently and thoroughly.
