Lost my title!!!! I was told to go to DMV as as for a replacement title. So… much for get your title back….🙄

I have been in communication with Ms. Rheema for the past few weeks working on an out of state transfer for my tags and had some difficulty. She has called and followed up with me to suggest any information that could help with the tag transfer since I am from another state. She is efficient, honest and on POINT ! I felt comfortable and I understood the entire process. Today we were able to finish the application and I was assisted with the amount I needed for my family. Alma is the best title max employee I’ve ever worked with. I’ve done 3 title pawns on 3 diff cars. She always remembers you which is something you have or you don’t, but in terms of customer service it’s what defines professional vs “fake corporate training” customer service. Every aspect from getting my temp card, to payments and explanations of terms. ALMA is 💯👌🏼
