This place was on point and excellent to deal with! I had a very limited amount of time during my lunch break to get this done; and Caroline (the GM) answered the phone when I called en-route to see if they could work fast. Caroline began before my arrival to get everything together as well as grabbing an additional associate to be ready and available upon my arrival so they work together and get me taken care of that much faster. It was a huge relief, ESPECIALLY since the first location which I had previously been trying to work with basically told me that they couldn’t help me unless I could go into work later and had more time as it would take at least an hour…. Caroline had me in and out within 30 minutes!!! I’m excited about her performance because I am a sales manager by trade, and I love to see a eager and hungry salesman/saleswoman who can overcome objections and doesn’t simply cop out and let a sale walk simply because they don’t feel like working a little bit extra for it! Caroline, girl you totally ROCK!!! If you ever want to sell furniture then come down to my work and see me, I’m sure you remember where I am… I would love to have another hungry, motivated, and capable sales associate on my team such as yourself! BTW I only requested a certain amount, because I didn’t expect to get as much as she was able to get for me: THE ONLY TITLEMAX I WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH OR REFER ANYONE ELSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!

I came on my lunch break and I was impressed with the service! Carolina and Angel got me in and out and their customer service was everything!

Carolina was extremely helpful in explaining the whole process from beginning to end. She took time to explain all the loan terms exactly to me. Not only was she friendly, but she quickly processed everything for us. I would recommend her to everyone who is considering a quick loan to visit her for quick, polite and expert service. 5 Stars if possible!!

I just paid off my loan & will be receiving my title shortly but wanted to take a minute to thank & review this Title Max. I had a medical emergency a year and a half ago that left us financially strapped. In desperation, I pawned something that was very special to me to cover the expenses. Thankfully, I found TitleMax & was able to get that pawned item back. Everyone I worked with (Carolina, Ady, etc.) were all very helpful in getting me set up & then also were willing to work with me when things got a little crazy last year (covid). They were all so kind and professional. I would absolutely recommend this location & service. Even if you don’t have the best credit, they can help. *I can’t thank you guys enough.
