Hands down some of the best customer service I've had in Reno since I moved here in 2015. Very informative and you could tell that everyone that works there loves there job and that there treated well and it shows. If you ever run into an issues in life were getting a loan is necessary I highly recommend this location ask for Bernie or Kenya (hope I didn't mess that up) they will take care of you and you will feel like you had just made an informed decision.

Honestly when i first came to titlemax i was affraid for those tabooes about title loans, but my credit sucks and i had an emergency and my car title, i cant be thankful enough with bernie and his team for not only helping me out, but also being transparent when i comes to the payment process, i ended up being delayed on the payments a few times and they were more than willing to work with me.
