The ladies that works here are so awesome. They are so welcoming and really nice. They make you feel welcome. I had a good experience doing business with them. I told them about my situation and they understood and helped me. They made my transaction so easy.

Came into TitleMax to find out more about title loans and the staff was attentive and answered all my questions. They made me feel at ease and Arlette made sure the process was easy and painless. She explained the process throughly and how it works before jumping into the process.

Title Max is a life saver. I went to the office on Florin Rd not sure if I'd be helped with a loan or if i'd be over charged some outrageous interest rate. Just leaving TitleMax now and this loan place is the best one I’ve been to by far. Staff is friendly, nice, and professional. They were very able efficiently explain the loan process to my mom and gave us an amazing rate 🤘🏾. Thank you guys, can’t wait to do more business with you guys !

Terrible experience. My impression of this place has changed drastically, under new management. The new manager there (Tamara) made arrangements with me and then flat out lied about the specifics. I strongly recommend finding a different place that does not have a lying manager who misrepresents the terms of your contract!
