BOB IS AMAZING!!! These people really treat You with top notch customer service. I got more money on the loan than I asked for instead the usual bottom dollar offer. You may even get lucky and get them to play some tunes for on the guitar. Bob, will show how to save money on the loan and they also have excellent prices on their power tools. This is not Your everyday pawnshop they are extraordinary people.

It was alright. I sold a matching necklace and earring set. I told the guy the chain is gold filled & the rest is real gold yet he still tried to test the chain & gave it to a colleague to look at so I had to repeat the fact that the chain isn't real. He asked me if I was selling it and I told him yes, a few minutes later he looked at me and said "you're trying to get a loan right?" So I repeated myself again. I don't know if he wasn't paying attention, couldn't hear me or was in a rush but it was kind of annoying. Other than that there was no problems.

With Wal-Mart being completely sold out of laptops. I gave them a try spoke to Victor from the moment he answered. I received excellent customer service. I purchased a HP all in one super nice even came with Virus Protection. I total recommend shopping here. You never no what you will find for a awesome price. ❤❤❤

So, I came in to buy a tablet for my son and was helped by Jorge. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He let me try the different tablets and was knowledgeable in their products. I was also greeted by Timara who was personable and really professional. I definetely recommend paying a visit to the Del Paso location for any great deals or pawns and asking for Jorge and Timara.

Just don't even bother with these people. It's so obvious that they one person wrote almost all their positive reviews that it's not even funny. They probably actually earned about 1.5 stars and the rest is their lies. All they care about is money to the exclusion of honesty, integrity, and customer service. I've already been in there a couple times and didn't like it and I just heard how they treated a couple friends and I'll be going to somewhere else to buy my used ps4 tomorrow. I heard gamestop sells them refurbished by professionals with a warranty.

I purchased a computer that already had damage. 2 Nick's on top of screen. It's a all in one hp. I didnt purchase the protection plan because it was already damaged. I got it home and found out it has windows 8!!!!!! 7 days later I was finally able to have a day off work to bring it in. They were unable to help me and said to bring it in Tues when their tech guy is ther. They lied to me and sold me a fraudulent item! I when I left with my computer I noticed a crack down the screen from the nick. Now the manager has hung up on me and it's my fault I have a computer with windows 8 because I didnt purchase protection plan. Manager was rude and hung up on me

I ended up stopping in here solely based on the reviews I saw on Google…and they were extremely accurate! I was helped by a Joan (pronounced John) and a Justin. They could not have been more helpful or professional or personable, they even worked with me on a piece that I really wanted to purchase! I cannot stress how great of an environment this is, not your typical pawn shop where what they offer is what you get. They will spend all the time they need with you going over options, payment time-frames, etc. Honestly the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a pawnshop. I now have a gorgeous tennis bracelet on layaway that I cannot wait to pick up! Thank you both Joan and Justin, y’all have another happy customer!

Out of five stars they get six ******, & with covid-19, it's nice to find an easy convenient place to do your Christmas shopping. I suggest California Colin loan-friendly staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, they have a wide range of last minute gifts for those on your list . They always work with me, and Bob B has always been very professional and helpful with all my business here. Great selection !

Finding the right piece of jewelry is tough, but CESAR made it all super easy. He was SO PATIENT and HELPFUL while I looked through all the cases of jewelry. He created a PAYMENT PLAN that worked for my budget and didn't press me to decide on anything. I am so happy I popped my head into Western Loan & Jewelry; the staff is super friendly and make the pawn shop experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be back!

I have been dealing with W/L for so long that they know me when I drive up. They make you feel like family. No hassles. They make things so easy that have just go buy the store and make sure everything is okay. I can honestly say I 'd rather go to W/L than a big store. They are the BEST IN THE WEST!

They are very helpful and negotiable on how much the loan is for the guitar, amp and petel. The employee Cesar was also helpful on my question regarding Roku players (streaming is popular nowadays) which I was curious about and tells me even though it's not on the shelf, they are getting them so I know that I'm willing to purchase them in the future. They're always here to help and they care about their customers.

I come here frequently to check out new stuff and to pawn things and service every time is exceptional!please dont scold me if i dont remember your names perfectly but ive believe here name started with a T. Timara or Tammy "once again sorry if i got it wrong" but she is fantastic. Even those times when my item wasnt able to be bought she was professional and even recommended ways to go about selling my things. Service is always wonderful here. Things may be slow at times but thats because they give 110 percent attention and respect to there customers. Also bob is great.

So Cesar was so awesome he helped extend my loan so I could afford it and he was very funny outgoing and friendly they don't make costumer service the way he provided so I am so great full to have felt with him he is very friendly. Very nice with awesome customer service thanks Cesar
