When your desperate and have no options one relies on places like this. I borrowed $550 and $250 (2 loans) but when i tried to pay the smaller one off they said they would ding me on my credit report because apparently they combined them. So if you borrow you can't pay it off in payments. I will not be held hostage so i paid the whole amount and now i know better. You can't trust these places!! Historically and factually Loan sharks!

Leslie was amazing she worked with me and made sure I was able to get my pay day loan. Although it did take a few hour's to get my identity approved. Once my identity was approved it was a smooth and fast approval to get me loan. Thanks Leslie!

Very rude. One of the ladies there was all judgmental and asked me “why are you getting a loan then?” when I didn’t want to tell her my monthly expenses. Like lady, that’s none of you business why I’m getting a loan.

if i could give this location no stars i would. i attempted to cash a personal check at this location on a day when the banks closed early and was already frustrated over that. to add insult to injury, metaphorically speaking, the staff at this located were rude and nosy about the details of why i was wanted to cash a personal check and asking me questions about it that made me feel uncomfortable. after almost 20-30 mins i would say they finally refused to cash my check due to bureaucratic reasons which i feel only on a small bit of validity. i often have to learn lessons the hard way and will never attempt to come to this location for any reason whatsoever and neither should anyone else. the staff at this location need to be retrained on how to respect their customers and not be so rude and/or nosy about what they're there for!

Rude as hell. Not helpful! Waste of time.. Everyone lazy and don't do there job, . Bad customer service. Want return. Was approved but they wasn't accept banking information.

They charging me 65$ just too have an account here, I wouldn't recommend this bank too anyone, try bank of America or Wells Fargo first before u step into that building

Don't go there if you are trying to send money via western union. I have never had any problem sending money but they started asking me weird questions like proof of my employment. When I said I don't work. Then they questioned me that where I got the money from. It was only $300. I mean are you serious. Just bunch of idiots are working there. So dont waste your time. Just go somewhere else.

They came through and I really needed them. All the other check cashing places treated me like criminal. Cash 1 in Westelcamino. Treated me like a valued customer. Quick easy and great customer service. Love the staff and I highly recommend their business!!
