I absolutely love this hidden gem in downtown Sacramento. Their jewelry selection is beautiful! I have been a client here for some time now and the associate that helps me all the time is Irma. She is great at what she does, knowledgeable, friendly and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I walk out 100% satisfied. I have recommended several friends to this location to purchase jewelry and they always share how much they saved by going there. They now are Irma's clients as well, as she has earned all of our loyalty and business. I love all of the beautiful jewelry this store sales. She is by far the best employee that this location has ever had. Her costumer service and professionalism stands out from any other location. This is honestly one of the worst shops I've ever been in. The lady at the jewelry counter just eyeballs you as you try to peacefully window shop with your fiancé, randomly trying to push rings on you. As if that was an awkward enough, the two other staff members who worked at the store were lording over the TV screaming at the sports station. Not only are the prices inflated but the customer service is beyond unprofessional, I will never set foot in the store again
