We had the most amazing experience here! My fiancé went to 4 different places before he was finally able to cash his check! The 3 women working that night were so helpful and professional and really made us feel like nothing was wrong. I even overheard the female manager getting an amazing compliment in person from another customer. These ladies are incredibly professional and care about the customer above all. I was pleasantly surprised with how well we were treated as well! Thank you so much!

I love this money mart. They have a worker named Selena, she got pretty long hair and pretty eyes and she is just so generous and sweet to all the customers and makes everyone’s day.

I went in there yesterday and today to cash a check and the level of service was excellent! I especially want to acknowledge Monique. She was the only worker there the first day I went and she handled the line with professionalism and poise. Even though they didnt have enough cash on hand to cash my check in full, she did everything she could to assist me and even gave me a follow up call the next day when the funds were available. Upon arrival today she was training a new employee and still gave excellent customer service. Just wanted to take the time to thank her and show support of this location. Ive been coming to this location since childhood with my Dad when he would cash his checks there. Its good to know it stood the test of time and the level of service remains the same. I would definitely recommend this place!

That new girl was extremely nice she is still in training but she is doing amazing monique and maria did a great job with her. The customer service here is great!

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism put forth, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I typically don’t use check cashing places but the location was of convenience today and I gave it a shot, it saved me time and gas from having to travel across town to my typical credit union. Maria was proficient and I was in and out in a short span of time.

Very helpful and personable. I always appreciate the amazing customer service I receive at this location. Very prompt service with a smile and any questions I have were answered. Definitely referring my friends to stop in for help with check cashing services and even a loan if needed. Also I was very thankful I could load money onto my cash app card here.

After struggling to find a place in the South Sacramento area that wires thru Western Union correctly. I decided to give Money Mart a shot. Walking into the store I noticed it was very clean. The young lady named Maria who has been helping me, made the process so easy and convenient. She was efficient and answered all my questions accordingly. Have been returning to this specific location to send money to family member via Western Union ever since. Fast forward to 3 months later, I am still a returning customer. I'd rate 5 out of 5 stars.

The lady with the short hair helped me with my loan she was very helpful the only thing that is horrible is h she alone around the end of the month. So it took a while it’s not her fault but she told me about a plan because I was laid off due to this virus. Regardless she was sweet and helped me.
