Well every time my son took me to money Mart they were already closed even though it was before the closing time. No matter how far away it was for us to go. If you're going to advertise a closing time then for god sakes close at that time, what's the point of a business having business hours when they close before they're supposed to? And their employees are rude.

This is probably the best check cashing in sacramento,I went there to cash my final check from work they went above and beyond trying to get my check cashed after trying to get ahold of my job but being unsuccessful I went back a few hours later asked them to please try to call my job again they did with no hesitation these two ladies were so great and patient and made sure I left with my check being cashed the manager was awesome if you have problems getting something cashed go to this location they are awesome thank you el Camino money mart

Larry was fantastic, he gave great customer service and even though his computer systems were running slow and he had a long line ahead of him, he did it all with a smile.

Terrible !!! I tried to obtain two money orders, but was informed their system could not accept either of the two Visa cards. Not because they don’t accept the method of payment, but due to their card scanners either not working/functioning properly (& giving erroneous errors that were incorrect!) Don’t waste your time!!! Terrible experience, i will never return for any business.

Their web sight says that theyare open untill 10:00 pm I arrived at 8pm and the doors were 🔐 locked. We're closed a man said. I came in as a customer was leaving. I'm. A wheelchair and I had a hard time getting here. I phoned earlier in the day & was told they close at 10: 00. They guy that barked at me the said since you're in here you may as well stay. I was staying anyway

very poor C.S .every one specially the old asian lady. also, they dont pick up the phone , once they do then make you wait for almost 1 hours. this is so stupid..no more business with them .i wish i could share screen shot that i waited for 59 miniuts so far.let see further i may hanug up. i guess the put me on hold and left for rest room and forgot

I was sent away disrespectfully by 2 women upon entry who refuse to let me in because they were “closed”. After reviewing the hours they closed at 10pm and it was 7:30 PM. I watched as two women working at the front desk continue to let another woman into the building as me and another man were turned. The building smells like sewage and the energy is overall poor along with the customer service. I was here March 27th, 2021 (like I said arriving at 7:30) and left at 8:30 after begging to be let in as it was my last place to cash my check. Unprofessional, disgusting, and and an honest complete lack of empathy. Poor.

Ruby was very helpful and on top of everything. Her customer service is excellent! Everytime I cash my check I make sure she is there. I think she deserves a raise!
