Really convenient company to work with as I travel to the Bay Area often. I must say, This by far, One of my favorite locations. Melissa has always been a real help to me, making sure my financial needs are met. She exudes excellent customer service every time. Never dissatisfied or disappointed leaving this store.

I've have nothing but a positive experience with Advance America the employees that work at this store have always been respectful and courteous. One particular incident (short version) my daughter needed to borrow funds quickly, she was able to get a loan immediately, and return payment before they closed. Thank you for being available Advance America.

This morning I went into the watt ave & elkhorn location to do a pay day loan. I’ve been to this location before but it’s not my normal location I go to. In the past the woman who work there have been nice and helpful. Today When I walked in a Latina lady helped me who I’ve seen before but has never helped me. I told her I wanted to do a pay day loan and that I should be in the system because I’m a regular. She then stated to me with a stank look on her face, well you must not be that much of a Regular because I don’t Recognize you. After I made that statement I felt as though I was judged for some reason because of what I said I don’t know why but that’s the feeling I got ! Then she asked me when was I in last. Like it matters??? I told her last month some time and I bounce around locations. She then began strolling through the computer looking at whatever like she was investigating me or something I noticed it was taking a little longer than usual when I go in to do a payday loan. I Asked if I could push my payback date to the 30th that way I could just paid off and not have to re loan on a earlier payback date . She refused she wouldn’t even check to see if they would let me! I then decided to leave and go to another location because I needed cash and she stated no cash she would have to give me a check or something. I was just a little taken back by her snootiness.The reason why am writing this is because I then went to the Arden location and had a very pleasant totally different experience with the staff member there she was so friendly I didn’t feel judged She was willing to check and see if I could do a payback date of the 30th because she knew it would make it so much more helpful for me as a had an Financial emergency and it would be more of a stress on me to payback a sooner date. It took Me literally five minutes to process the payday loan at the Arden location I was in and out in a flash with cash in my hand. And the lady was so helpful and understanding at the Arden location thanks again ARDEN advance America. I won’t go back to the other location because I felt judged and I don’t want to deal with her snootiness.

Both Nathan and Adrianna were very helpful and I would definitely refer this place to my friends and family, it was also very convenient that I could pay my PG&E and Comcast bills here too! Thank you!
