How dare me? Are you serious? Loyalty pawn Justin the manager has been rude, and very abusive verbally towards me for 2 years! I have never been physical, or aggressive with any customers what so ever. Please Stop lying!!! I have class! Justin does discriminate toward Hispanics , and African Americans!!! I have scene it many times!!! and have endured the abuse myself! The staff at loyalty pawn do not treat people fairly they give different prices for merchandise that you have bought when you bring it back in for another loan. Where’s your fair policy here! I have heard him talk down to a Hispanic lady super rude because she thought the price for her ring wasn’t fair! Her demeanor was fine! He’s the aggressor!!! He started raising his voice and told her to go somewhere else! I also saw a African American in the store who got turned away when he was already in the store because they were closing! Really he’s already in the store! Makes no sense! He has horrible customer service, and thinks he can treat, and talk any way he chooses! He has a short fuse! He’s very verbally abusive with customers! I’m sorry but I believe everyone should be treated with respect! Discrimination is against the law!!!

This place is awesome! Employees are down to earth and fair. Were willing to negotiate within reason and gave me a great deal on a Bass Amp that was mutually beneficial. Then they were even willing to throw in a dolly that I needed to use to move it for a little extra charge. I’d been to this shop under their previous management and they have not lost any of their quality. In fact, if anything hey may have improved. Would come back here a thousand times without question.

This place is much much different than the old West Sacramento location. Dirty location. Not enough staff. Wait times suck. Felt like I need to carry my sidearm in this area. Can't wait to pay off my items and get the "F" out of this area.

Joshua was really nice he helps me with great customer service skills every time I come in there and he helps me when I'm looking for jewelry. Really cool place to come and get a loan.

As a borrower, I’ve always been offered fair rates. The staff have always been professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with.

Couldn't post my review last night (not sure why) Anyways, I've never had to pawn anything in my life until around 2015/2016 when my life turned upside down. I've gotten loans from two different locations but I will always stick to this Broadway location. I can always depend on them to give me a good deal and most importantly, trust!!! I trust that they will never judge me, that they will always treat me with respect and dignity and that they will never cheat me (I've heard of many horror stories) and that they will keep all my items safe and in good condition until I can pay back my loan. I highly recommend this location if you ever need help to get you through whatever you're going through. Broadway Loyalty Pawn team is always friendly, professional and caring. The gentleman that helped me with my last loan actually cared for my safety. He walked me out and made sure that I got in my car and drove away safely. That was so awesome!!! Great experience. A real sign of how good a retailer is, is when things do not go well,.. Purchased a keyboard that ended up not operating correctly,.. return the unit within the three day return policy and was given a full refund, no questions asked. Worked mostly mostly with Jason Dash two thumbs up for him. They definitely have earned a new customer and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Edit: Some of the staff is friendly and helpful, I've made several purchases here and got great deals. However on my most recent visit I had an unhelpful experience with one of the employees who didn't seem to know much about video games and wasn't very helpful. Would return again, but perhaps the employee should be more knowledgeable on the items in stock.

I have been coming to loyalty pawn for as long as I can remember. They have always been the most professional, loyal, and friendly staff. They have always asked if I needed more help, told me about their specials, and laughed and joked around with me. It made me feel like this experience of saying goodbye to my personal belongings for a minute wasn't a bad thing. I've been in before and met with Joshua and Jose and they've been so friendly and kind enough to recognize that I've been a loyal customer. They gave me extra when I needed it through a tough time. This location is great and convenient access off a Main Street. The prices are reasonable. A good bike and instrument selection. The employees are as well helpful and know the prices of the items in stock. The biggest great thing is almost all of the items are legibly priced

I went in earlier today and was treated with respect and a smile. They didn't try to low ball me on my loan and the attendant Jose was very polite and helpful. He was quick with his quote and it took us overall 15 mins to get in the door and right back out.

I went into loyalty pawn with a pretty niche item. It was a long shot anyone would buy it. They were extremely nice and accommodating. I have been a customer and fan of this particular shop at the Broadway location for quite some time. I have made purchases there. I have also gotten loans for a variety of different items and have always been treated kindly and fairly by any customer service representative at their shop. I can always depend on their friendly manner. Sometimes, especially when I am in seemingly desperate times, they feel like superheroes to me. I highly recommend them for fair offers of loans on most items. Even browsing around in their shop is always fun and interesting. When you are in the store, it kind of feels like the "old " days, when people took time to talk to you and did not try to rush you out the door.

Tucked away around the outskirts of downtown Sacramento lies a tiny yet plentiful own shop. Loyalty Pawn offers a wide array of items, from power tools to exquisite jewelry. Don’t be intimidated by the staff as well. They’re courteous enough to make everyone feel at home, but the quality of service isn’t thrown out of the door. Highly recommend!

The gentlemen that have helped me in here have always been super friendly to me, even when they were trying not to accept any of my items- I mean, how am I supposed to know what they do and don't accept?? There is no way that you can just ask them over the phone, either, though I will say their new texting system is awesome-I can just send a text telling them when I will be by to make a payment or whatever!

I just wanted to say that the store was extremely clean, and George was very helpful. He also told me about all the different layaway programs they offer. and I urge everyone to do a survey because the have w prize wheel and I won a free layaway!

Not sure why this place has such a high rating while its also ripping its customers off. DO NOT pawn or sell anything here I went in to sell a monitor and when the employee looked my monitor up he offered to buy it for $20......... while its selling for at least $90-$100, and on top of that when they looked up the monitor model he pulled up a wrong cheaper model and tried to base the price off of that. Overall if you want to get ripped off or buy something that doesn't work this is the place for you.

My name is Siobhan Ayala and I'm writing this review because my husband came home and found me in tears due to an unfortunate accident. We needed a specific amount of money and didn't have it in the bank. I reluctantly told my husband there were a few other things that we can pawn and hopefully they can help us out with the amount of money we needed. He was great, very friendly and efficient, and I will most definitely be returning to this pawn shop for their great customer service.

First time coming to this shop while waiting for our Ethiopian food next door and the customer service is second to none! My sister found what she was looking for and it was even 30% off and then when you check in on yelp you get 1 free DVD! Well, at least that came up when I checked in. This pawn shop is a safe place for your immediate pawn loan needs. Joshua did his due diligence researching the world’s consensus on the value of my precious musical instruments and producing a loan that really worked out for me. Last month when I left certain musical valuables with this pawn shop, Joshua consoled me that my valuables would remain in a safe place. However, he didn’t have to say that to me because the demeanor of himself and his team made me think, “green light, green light.” Pickup was as you’d expect from an above board establishment such as this pawn shop. I paid my pawn tickets and yeah, not that I was worried but my stuff was fine. I would return to this pawn shop for a loan or to buy cool stuff from them such as the longboard that I bought from them last year. This is a recommendable pawn shop!

The solitare diamond stone fell out the engagement ring in my wedding set. John at Loyalty Pawn helped me pick out a replacement stone from the inventory and had the staff jeweler approve the repair for me. I got my rings back cleaned, touched up, with the prongs re-tipped and the new stone. It was all so much less of an ordeal that I thought it would be. It was easy, they were polite and professional, and I am extremely happy. This was review worthy fantastic service.

I love this place and the men that work here are great. Very friendly and helpful. Most if all, they give you fair prices for their collateral loans (pawn) and give you 50 to 100 more than what Capital Pawn offers. I'd rather drive 12 miles to this location for their service vs going 3 miles to Capital Pawn for their lack of service and low offers.

1st time going to this pawn shop it was very welcoming everyone was nice and friendly like family. Joshua was a great help I first talked to him through offerup they post a lot of their items on there they have amazing deals I couldn't stop looking around once I got into the store if I had more money I would have walked out the store broke its like going into Walmart, you go in there for one thing and other items catches your eyes and you can't help but buy it or put it on layaway lol. They mail a notice, and have called me, when I have forgotten that my contract is expiring (every 4 months) and have even extended the date so I could make the payment! That is great service!!! First experience with a pawn shop & it was not at all what I expected. I expected a nasty, smelly shop with rude people working. To my delight, it was anything but. Christian walked me through it, gave me my options, & was very fair with the offers. Just remember, as with any business, they have to make money too. This location treats you unfairly with anything you bring in for a loan or to sell, they will low ball you on offers and treat you like a criminal trying to sell or loan stolen items. They need to start treatimg customers with more respect afterall the customers are the ones who keep this type of business alive, without people like me who needs loans once in a while this business wouldnt survive. They are not trustworthy

They dont let you test ride the Bicycles because most of them are broken such as the one I purchased. I never have had a bad experience at pawn shops except here. I hope this issue can be addressed 😥
