Sandra & Emilio literally saved me from being thrown out on the streets. I lost my job late last year and my mom passed around the same time. Fwd: Titlemax in Oakland is the best agency I have ever been. I have been a customer for the past 3 years. The team always working together to make things fast and easy. The first time I paid-off my account and for the past 2 years I always get a call when am more in need- the additional money call.-; (Thanks Giving, Xmas and my kids B-days) they know it!! I have been adding money to my account and when I think am ready to pay with my balance low.. They end up convincing me and I go back with a new loan for at least the minimum. I live a little far, but I love this location.. Now I dont visit that often since they have the APP to make the payments, I mean you can always do it over the phone, but I love to visit them when am in the area. She broke everything down for me to make sure I understood, the payments, responsibilities, and also interest. She was very helpful. Her and her boss also loved the presence of my children.. having a 3yr old and also 1yr old running around while handling buisness isn't always the easiest but they were very understanding..
