I been coming to tittle max for 6 months always had positive feed back and great customer service from Loretta always smiling and helpful she is amazing! If I could give her 100 stars I would she goes above and beyond for the costumers!! Thank you Loretta for being kind and knowledgeable!

I was there to make payment today the girl Valetia is very nice! She talks so sweet and always very patient. She tries to help us understand when our payment is dues and communication is always so quick no waiting. Thanking her for her help

the lady Christine asked me to help her with a review. She was very nice and explained to me everything I needed to know. They loan me money on the same day and it was very easy to get approved.

I personally worked with the employees in this office and their primary focus is helping and going above and beyond to take care of their customers. I Highly recommend. Great team!! They truly love what they do!

I had gone to several titleoans places no body wanted to help me due to my title (Previous remarks) I called Loretta answer and she said come down Ill will do my best to help and she sure did!!! she went through loops to help me get a check for my new apartment thank you SO MUCH FOR EVER THANAKFULL

Personnel is very accommodating. They speak to the customers with respect and detailed about explaining each step. Loretta in particular is a firecracker. She makes every visit pleasant, she speaks to you as though you are her friend all while maintaining the utmost professionalism.

Great customer service. Was in deep with loan sharks, this place saved me. One of the employees named Loretta was very kind and effiecient at her job. All the workers should strive to provide the kind of customer service she defines.

This was my first time coming to this place for financial help . I went in and was very well welcomed by Loretta , the awesome lady who helped me . She was Great explained everything to me well . Supper detailed and patient . I love it . Definitely will recommend to others .

Listen up for all those who plan to take out a title loan!!!!!! First off, I'm not rating this place due to customer service, I'm rating based on the loan itself. The manager Christina is every nice and great with customer service, however, the loan iTself ABSOLUTELY SCREWED me!! My fault for not reading the fine print. I got a loan for roughly around $4000. I made 2 payments of 500 dollars in 2 months (100 more than the minimum) then paid off the rest of the loan the third month; so you would think I owed around 3000 left right?. Guess how much I paid for the third and final payment?? $ 5200!!!!! BOTTOM LINE.... do not get a title loan unless you are absolutely that desperate and you are ready and capable of paying damn near 200% of what you took out the loan for. Or, if you're ready to lose your car. BE CAREFUL

My husband got a loan for 2600 we paid it off in 3 months and paid less than we would have paid at any other place. what I didn't like was that I couldn't make payments online I had to go into store or pay over the phone. the lady secretaries helped me alot to.
