As soon as you walk into their office, the staff makes you feel welcomed they greet you with such presence and professionalism. I was a little hesitant at first but Miriam who assisted me made my first experience amazing. She was so helpful with any assistance/questions I had and such a friendly positive attitude. I would highly recommend coming here.

At first I was completely nervous and embarrassed about getting loan. But Sanjay was very nice and never made me feel like he was judging me and he very thorough making sure I understood all the legal terms in loan. Office was very nice and I was given cold bottle of water which was nice since we have been in these 100+ temps. The whole process was very quick and easy and I was able to obtain loan the very same day. The whole process took about an hour I believe. I totally recommend this place, if your in a bind like I have been.

We went in to get our title loan, and Sonny and the other reps were outstanding. It turned out that our registration was suspend for insurance, and Sonny was able to take care of that problem with ease. For title loan needs, Titlemax on Hatch Road is highly suggested. Went to title max in need of a loan. Wanted to pay off my 401k loan and get a new one. Got a title max loan same day within an hour! Super quick. Great customer service. Such a great experience! We originally were going through a company called Fast Money after hours of getting the run around and even driving all the way to Stockton and more run around we walked into TITLE MAX at 6:50pm and we’re greated and treated with such high customer service and professionalism by Sunny and Adriana we were in and out and left with a smile and such relief in under 45 minutes!
