We were transferred to this office from another State Farm office about two years ago. We are extremely pleased with Claudia and all the staff! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. If they miss your call or you leave a voicemail they always promptly get back to you. Always professional with great personal service!

Any time I call for support or need clarification I am helped right away and am not treated as just another number. I greatly appreciate the effort and time the entire team takes to provide excellent customer service. Major shoutout to Carmen for her help!!

I first called Claudia for a free quote and was very helpful. Claudia was able to go over all the different quotes and which one benefited me the most. I had called other insurance asking the same questions but they were not of much help. Claudia was friendly and so was the rest of her staff.

I came to this office on a whim because I was dissatisfied with my AAA agent. The moment you walk in you're greeted by a courteous team and offered refreshments, they make you feel at home. I worked with Carmen O. My biggest fear was feeling taken advantage of because of my age and lack of knowledge/experience but Carmen made sure I understood everything involved in the process of starting a policy. She seemed genuinely concerned with my questions and getting me the best coverage she could for the best price. She was very honest and also so personable. The fact her and I were close in age made me feel like she understood exactly where I was coming from so this made me feel extra comfortable trusting her. She was extremely knowledgeable and sincere. Shortly after opening my policy, I was involved in my first auto accident. It was late but I wasn't sure what to do and was shaken up. I took a chance and called Carmen and to my surprise she answered and helped calm me down and walked me through the entire ordeal ON THE PHONE. I can't get over how amazing she is and how much she cares for her clients. Since, I've had my family come in for a consultation and work with her also. We love her!!! Carmen thank you so much for you dedication and work ethic. I appreciate you so much!!!

This office is helpful! Carmen helped start my policy and I had a couple of questions couple days after and I reach out to her for clarification and she was absolutely wonderful. She spent the time to review everything and advised and addressed my concerns professionally. Thank you so much!!!

I was very pleased with my interaction with Karla and Claudia from this State Farm Branch. We are shopping for a new insurance carrier and both Karla and Claudia are extremely patient, helpful and took the time to explain and answer the questions my husband and I have about policies, etc. I think anyone would be pleased with this branch.

Vanessa was extremely professional and kind. She's definitely someone that the higher ups over there should keep around. To entice her to stay. They should hopefully give her a 10 dollar raise, and paid 2 week vacation. 10/10 customer service rep.

Always is there to help me when I’m in need, best auto insurance

Claudia and her team go above and beyond when it comes to answering questions and explaining coverages about my policy! I recently purchased life insurance from them. I walked out of there with peace of mind knowing I was working with the best since they explained to me the ins an outs of my policy. Most importantly, Claudia and her team will be there for my family to help when that time comes. It’s nice knowing and meeting the people who will be there to help your family through such a difficult time. Carmen is literally the most helpful and informative person ever. My past insurance company made us do all of the leg work ourselves and they were unhelpful. Carmen has been the complete opposite, if I have a question she is there to answer it and goes above and beyond. I am so glad that I switched over to State Farms. I cannot recommend them enough.
