I'm amazed by how everyone in the office is willing to help so that my process was quick and easy. I was skeptical about getting a title loan but after I was explained everything and how fast the process was I will definitely be back.

The whole staff from Karen, Sofia, and the new supervisor are wonderful and provide excellent customer service. They are a great team. You could see the awesome team work between them and it shows with dealing with customers.

Went here because I needed some quick cash. My credit is not the best but they were still able to help. Romie, Carlos, and Vanessa were awesome. I came in a little nervous because I've never really did a loan like this before. But the people at the TitleMax in San Bruno were so friendly and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them if you need some quick cash on the peninsula.

Great customer service I was greated by DeMario who was very helpful. I came in with a very nervous uncomfortable attitude. He was very understanding and put a smile on my face when I was in a low part of my life. He then told me about an hiring event there company was holding which I attended. I originally booked an afternoon appointment but showed up at Title Max right after they opened the doors in the morning. Sofia the GM was already busy working on the phones but she stopped everything just to get me started. This is not my first title loan and i usually hate this process but Sofia was the friendliest and most professional person i have ever dealt with. She walked me through the process from start to finish and helped me to get the funding i needed. This was the very very best experience i have ever had dealing with any lending company. Went in to get a title loan on my motorcycle, agents were super helpful, very informative, and took great care of me. If I ever need to use them in the future I would gladly do so. It felt like they were on my side and wanted to make sure I I knew the best way to take care of the loan.

Great customer service. Everyone was very helpful and seemed concern about my situation and they where able to lend me the amount I needed. Also my credit isn't good but that didn't get in the way of me getting the helping needed from them. They also said that if I was to need more they would be able to help me out. Thank you titlemax. What a great group of people. If you need help out of a jam they are going to make it work. When I had to have that money I got it the same day.
