Thank you Justin Howard for all your help and support. Justin was very knowledgeable about the process. The application process was very easy. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Once the application was submitted, I was contacted by Justin and he explained what documents I needed to send. Once that was done I was contacted by the underwriting team. Everything was submitted for approval, then arrangements were made for closing in my area. Met with notary, signed papers and within a week received checks to payoff creditors. The only downfall was my understanding the remaining cash funds would be direct deposited into my bank account, but it was in the form of a check. I am still waiting for the majority of the funds to clear. My bank has a 7-10 day hold on funds. All in all, I had a great experience with Lendage HELOC. Thank you Justin for all your help

I was seeking some financial assistance, as I needed to balance my fiscal situation. I over a week trying to work with 2 different companies and their various representatives, but they seemed to make it very difficult to work with them--always needing more information, needing copies of this or that. Then I met Joshua Durant on the phone/net. From that time on, the process of supplying information and answering questions became smoother and he worked to assist me in spots where I needed assistance. We had a great experience with Lendage, we worked with Joe Freedman and he was very professional and always picked up the phone or responded via email immediately! I feel that our loan funded fairly quickly but feel the tile company those used slowed up thw process! Overall i would recommed Lendage, they were great to work with.

Over all our experience ,when compared with past loan applications, was favorable. There were a few issues with the title search company not finding up to date info on past loans. They also wanted to add a tax bill we feel was to increase the amount of the loan even though it had been paid. The people we worked with were thorough and friendly and the Notary that came for the signings was also professional. We think this was a good decision for our finances and glad Lendage was willing to work with us.
