I've been going to TitleMax for lil over a year now, the customer service is fantastic and it's easy to communicate with Candy if you need an extra time or any other issue. Candy is wonderfully amazing and I just met Kelsey and she was great, specially being I was only her 2nd customer to process.

The universe card is absolutely stupid. If you don't keep money on it it charges you. Candy is the only one working in this office. She is doing an amazing job. Thank you for all your help today

I was completely amazed at the customer service by the ladies at the Fallon office. They were very knowledgeable and alot of fun. The interest rates are great. These guys have been amazing. I had a family emergency and fell behind on my payment THEY WORKED WITH ME. The customer service is by the far best I’ve experienced.in my experience with Every company that says they’ll do what they can to help if an issue may occur these guys are the first to actually follow through and help when life happens not just throw the book and the bill at me. I have been doing business at Fallon store for a while. Candy is new and has stepped up to do a fabulous job. She is very customer oriented. Carolina was not available to help, but Candy did well.

At first they weren't able to give me a loan but my daughter tara recieved a call back which doesn't happen to me often saying to come back that they got permission to do my loan... i really appreciate what they've done for me its not very often a person can trust the word of another... thank you for giving me a chance...

Decided to do a last minute title loan, as soon as we walked in muriya was super helpful and knowledgeable. Never having done a title loan or any sort of payday loan in the past she made the process easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this branch! Great experience.
