Max and all the employees were very polite, and helpful. Max was excellent to work with. He has a great attitude and is definitely in a perfect position working with the public. We need more employees like Max and his coworkers in the workplace. I've only bin there 2 times but plan on visiting the place this week. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to cash a check. It does take a minute the first time. But I was happy to see them take the time to make sure I was who I said I was and the check was all ok. Max and the other employees deserve a high five for the help they gave me. Keep up the good work Max. Hope your there when I visit this week. Also Max. I was rooting for your team in the Superbowl like you asked me to. And congratulations on your win. Dayshean I think the name was lol He was so full of positive, high energy it came out in his writing on his review card so I couldn’t really make out his name. He was absolutely Great, so happy & full of energy! Everything customer service should be. Definitely put a smile on my face after a long stressful day! :-)

Carrie was so nice, and so helpful. This was my first time getting a loan and she made it so easy for me. 2nd visit, Max took great care of me. Awesome guy with a friendly demeanor. Helped my husband too!

Max was awesome very knowledgeable very polite I give him more than five stars I gave him 10 stars he is awesome he got everything done that I needed to get done and I had a few things to do and he told me he loves to stay busy so that was what I was doing is keeping him busy lol he’s awesome the new Reno store by Atlantis is awesome everybody there is very polite The convenience in the closeness for people that are like me that are handicap it’s awesome

Max is the man it was the first time I was ever getting a he made easier then gluing to get the money i needed. I was moving into my first apt and was 500 short and they helped with every thing I needed hasslefree and it was the best experience I ever had.

I'm always shocked when visiting retail businesses, how little customer service skills most of them DON'T HAVE! This IS NOT THE CASE AT THIS LOCATION!! Ellie & Robyn are the epitome of professionalism, courtesy & going above & beyond. They truly listened and empathized with my situation (which I believe was a technical issue) and were able to help me out in my time of need. I was treated respectfully, which is sometimes not the case at these type places. I really can't say enough about these two ladies!! They should be commended, rewarded, promoted, etc. They are a fantastic example of dedicated employees and professinalism. Thanks ladies!! Dennell Callagher

Briana was super helpful and nice! She deserves 10 stars but i can only give her 5 ! Very professional and was very smart the manager Lexi i think her name was only needed to approve her skillfully done paperwork and i was on my way out the door with cash in hand ! I'm gonna surprise them both with presents!

They explain all the paperwork to you so you'll know what you're signing. Plus, Amelia is a 49er fan as I am as well.😁
